Proiectarea camerei de ardere pe carbune

Abstract

In lucrarea data este analizata problematica managementului schimbnarr. Sunt definite cauzele si factorii ce influenteaza necesitatea schimbarii. Printre ele sunt mentionate Revolutiile Industriale si succesele tehnologice. Obiectivismul schimbarii nu exclude necesitatea managementului schimbarii, din contra, managementul schimbarii este o cale eficienta de raspunde adecvat la necesitatea schimbarii prin utilizarea diferitor modele de management si procese bine structurate. Se arata ca succesele in tehnologiile comunicationale si informationale fac diferitele domenii cum sunt productia si serviciile, in special de transpotr, asemanatoare in procesele schimbarii si managementului schimbarii.

In this paper, the issue of change management is analyzed. The causes and factors influencing the need for change are defined, among which the industrial revolutions and technological advances are mentioned. The objectivity of change does not exclude the need for change management; on the contrary, change management is an effective way to respond appropriately to the need for change through the use of various management models and well-structured processes. It is shown that advances in communication and information technologies make different fields, such as production and services—especially transportation—similar in terms of change processes and change management.
