Abstract

Proiectul prezintă tema de licență Bloc de locuit nr. 25A cu regim în elevație S+P+5E. Construcția reprezintă un bloc de locuit cu 7 nivele, în baza ridicărilor topo a fost realizată documentația de proiect, care prevede construcția obiectivului de menire socială destinat pentru trai cu regim de înălțime compus din subsol, parter și cinci etaje tip. Cota conventională a parterului este considerate ca fiind cota ±0.000 și corespunde cu sistemul de referință 129,20 dimensiuni axelor principale 1-7 și A-D ale blocului de locuit sunt de 27,80x18,30 m. Proiectul de licență partea grafică și memoriu explicativ. Memoriu explicativ este compus din 5 capitole, concluzie, bibliografie, anexe alcatuit din 43 pag format A4, fără anexă. Partea grafica cuprinde 10 coli A1. Proiectul de licență este elaborat în conformitate cu exigenețele actelor normative valabile în Republica Moldova.

The project presents the bachelor's thesis Residential building no. 25A with elevation regime S+P+5E. The construction represents a residential building with 7 levels, based on the topographical surveys, the project documentation was prepared, which provides for the construction of the social purpose objective intended for living with a height regime composed of a basement, ground floor and five standard floors. The conventional elevation of the ground floor is considered to be the elevation ±0.000 and corresponds to the reference system 129.20 dimensions of the main axes 1-7 and A-D of the residential building are 27.80x18.30 m. The bachelor's thesis graphic part and explanatory memorandum. The explanatory memorandum consists of 5 chapters, conclusion, bibliography, annexes consisting of 43 pages A4 format, without annex. The graphic part includes 10 sheets A1. The license project is developed in accordance with the requirements of the normative acts valid in the Republic of Moldova.
