Strategii de managemt pentru îmbunătățirea eficienței transportului public pe ruta Chișinău-Hâncești

Abstract

În primul capitol a fost abordată situaţia actuală legată de ruta Chişinău – Hânceşti, analiza organizaţiilor ce oferă servicii de transport pe ruta menţionată, atât din direcţia oraşului Hânceşti atât din partea oraşului Chişinău. Analiza fluxului de călători ce circulă pe ruta menţionată, studiul situaţiei actuale a infrastructurii şi depistarea problemelor actuale ăn prestarea serviciilor de transport de călători pe ruta menţiontă. În al doilea capitol a fost executat sudiul strategiilor existente utilizate în eficientizarea transportului public.Studiu legat de materialul rulant, infrastructură, managementul organizaţiilor de transport şi analiza standardelor europene în domeniul transportului de călători.. În al treilea capitol, au fost prezentate soluţii aplicabile în cazul rutei Chişinău – Hânceşti, şi implementarea tehnologiile moderne pentru majorarea eficienţei prestării serviciilor de transport de călători. Domeniul de studiu al tezei de master este prezentarea soluţiilor aplicabile pentru eficientizarea prestării serviciilor de transport pe ruta Chişinău – Hânceşti. Metoda de cercetare utilizată în teză este de tip studiu de caz. A fost executat un studiu pe un traseu real şi prezentate soluţii aplicabile pentru eficientizarea serviciilor de trasport de călători pe ruta Chişinău – Hânceşti Republica Moldova. Scopul principal al lucrării constă în studiul punctelor slabe a rutei şi orgnizaţiilor prestatoare de servicii de transport de călători de ruta Chişinău – Hânceşti şi prezentarea soluţiilor aplicabile pentru eficientizarea activităţii organizaţiilor.

The first chapter addressed the current situation related to the Chisinau - Hancesti route, the analysis of organizations that provide transport services on the mentioned route, both from the direction of the city of Hancesti and from the city of Chisinau. Analysis of the flow of passengers traveling on the mentioned route, the study of the current situation of the infrastructure and the detection of current problems in the provision of passenger transport services on the mentioned route. In the second chapter, a study of existing strategies used in the efficiency of public transport was carried out. Study related to rolling stock, infrastructure, management of transport organizations and analysis of European standards in the field of passenger transport. In the third chapter, solutions applicable to the Chisinau - Hânceşti route were presented, and the implementation of modern technologies to increase the efficiency of the provision of passenger transport services was implemented. The study area of the master's thesis is the presentation of applicable solutions for the efficiency of the provision of transport services on the Chisinau - Hânceşti route. The research method used in the thesis is a case study. A study was carried out on a real route and applicable solutions for the efficiency of passenger transport services on the Chisinau - Hânceşti route, Republic of Moldova, were presented. The main purpose of the work is to study the weaknesses of the route and organizations providing passenger transport services on the Chisinau - Hânceşti route and to present applicable solutions for the efficiency of the organizations' activities.
