Contribuții privind perfecționarea sistemului de prestare a serviciilor transportare de mărfuri în compania "GORSERVIT- TRANS" S.R.L.

Abstract

Prezenta teză de master are ca obiectiv principal analiza și perfecționarea sistemului de prestare a serviciilor de transport rutier de mărfuri în cadrul întreprinderii „GORSERVIT TRANS” S.R.L., în contextul diversificării activității unei companii care, până în prezent, a fost orientată preponderent către transportul de persoane. Lucrarea abordează tema dintr-o perspectivă aplicativă, combinând analiza teoretică cu evaluarea practică a condițiilor reale de funcționare ale întreprinderii și ale pieței serviciilor de transport din Republica Moldova. În primul compartiment al tezei este analizată situația actuală a întreprinderii, mediul extern și intern de activitate, precum și tendințele pieței serviciilor de transport rutier de mărfuri. Sunt examinate evoluțiile comerțului exterior, structura cererii de servicii de transport și cadrul normativ aplicabil la nivel național și internațional. Analiza SWOT realizată evidențiază atât punctele forte și oportunitățile existente, cât și principalele limitări și riscuri asociate inițierii activității de transport de mărfuri. Compartimentul al doilea este dedicat proiectării sistemului de prestare a serviciilor de transport rutier de mărfuri. În această parte sunt definite tipurile de mărfuri vizate, direcțiile principale de transport, procesele logistice și operaționale, precum și structura organizatorică necesară desfășurării activității. Sunt propuse soluții privind organizarea curselor tur–retur, utilizarea mijloacelor de transport adecvate, implementarea tehnologiilor moderne de monitorizare și adaptarea managementului întreprinderii la noile cerințe operaționale. În compartimentul al treilea este realizată fundamentarea tehnico-economică a activității propuse. Sunt determinate investițiile inițiale necesare, calculați indicatorii tehnici de exploatare ai rutelor modelate, estimate veniturile și cheltuielile și evaluată eficiența economică a proiectului. Analiza arată că activitatea de transport rutier de mărfuri este viabilă din punct de vedere economic, chiar și în condiții tarifare conservatoare, iar în scenariile mediu și favorabil generează profit și permite recuperarea investiției într-un interval de timp acceptabil. Rezultatele obținute demonstrează că dezvoltarea serviciilor de transport rutier de mărfuri în cadrul întreprinderii „GORSERVIT-TRANS” S.R.L. reprezintă o direcție strategică justificată, care poate contribui la diversificarea activității, creșterea competitivității și consolidarea poziției economice a întreprinderii pe termen mediu și lung, cu respectarea cerințelor tehnice, economice și legislative aplicabile domeniului transporturilor.

The main objective of this master's thesis is to analyze and improve the system of providing road freight transport services within the enterprise "GORSERVIT-TRANS" S.R.L., in the context of the diversification of the activity of a company that, until now, has been mainly oriented towards passenger transport. The paper approaches the topic from an applied perspective, combining theoretical analysis with practical evaluation of the real operating conditions of the enterprise and the transport services market in the Republic of Moldova. The first section of the thesis analyzes the current situation of the enterprise, the external and internal environment of activity, as well as the trends of the road freight transport services market. The developments of foreign trade, the structure of demand for transport services and the regulatory framework applicable at national and international level are examined. The SWOT analysis carried out highlights both the existing strengths and opportunities, as well as the main limitations and risks associated with initiating the freight transport activity. The second section is dedicated to the design of the system of providing road freight transport services. This part defines the types of goods targeted, the main directions of transport, the logistical and operational processes, as well as the organizational structure necessary for the activity. Solutions are proposed regarding the organization of round-trip trips, the use of appropriate means of transport, the implementation of modern monitoring technologies and the adaptation of the enterprise management to the new operational requirements. In the third section, the technical and economic substantiation of the proposed activity is carried out. The necessary initial investments are determined, the technical operating indicators of the modeled routes are calculated, the income and expenses are estimated and the economic efficiency of the project is assessed. The analysis shows that the road freight transport activity is economically viable, even under conservative tariff conditions, and in the average and favorable scenarios it generates profit and allows the recovery of the investment in an acceptable time frame. The results obtained demonstrate that the development of road freight transport services within the enterprise "GORSERVIT-TRANS" S.R.L. represents a justified strategic direction, which can contribute to diversifying the activity, increasing competitiveness and strengthening the economic position of the enterprise in the medium and long term, while respecting the technical, economic and legislative requirements applicable to the transport field.
