Îmbunătățirea nivelului concurențial al companiilor de transport rutier din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Teza de master abordează problematica complexă a îmbunătățirii nivelului concurențial al companiilor de transport rutier din Republica Moldova, considerând perspectiva aderării țării noastre la Uniunea Europeană către anul 2030. Lucrarea este structurată în partea introductivă, trei compatimente de bază și concluziile finale. Primul compartiment al tezei prezintă stadiul actual de dezvoltare a transporturilor rutiere din Republica Moldova, fiind analizată caracteristica generală, rezultatele activității pentru ultimii 15 ani și problemele caracteristice ale acestui sector de bază al economiei naționale. De asemenea au fost analizate cele mai importante aspecte ale transporturilor rutiere sustenabile și durabile, în final fiind trase un șir de concluzii intermediare vizând industria transporturilor auto. Compartimentul al doilea al lucrării prezintă analize relevante și detaliate ale rolului concurenței în sistemul economiei de piață, benchmarkingului ca instrument veritabil de îmbunătățire a nivelului concurențial, a percepției și a modelelor de calitate a serviciilor și a aspectelor de bază ale calității transportuirlor rutiere de mărfuri. Totodată, în lucrare este prezentat cu exemplificare cadrul metodologic de evaluare a nivelului concurențial al companiei de transport rutier, elaborat de autor, precum și propunerile de îmbunătățire a nivelului concurențial al firmelor de transport auto prin implementarea celor mai inovative și moderne sisteme de managementul flotei și a sistemului de control al consumului de motorină, bazat pe utilizarea sondelor litrometrice, conectate la sistemul FMS al întreprinderii. Măsurile recomandate în teza de master se bazează pe experiența celor mai de succes companii în îmbunătățirea nivelului concurențial și a competitivității întreprinderilor. În partea finală a tezei de master este evaluată eficiența economică a sistemului de control a consumului de motorină, termenul de recuperare a investițiilor globale de capital constituind 0,33 ani, ceea ce confirmă justețea propunerilor elaborate în lucrare. Managementul companiilor de transport rutier din Republica Moldova trebuie să-și concentreze atenția pe sistemul de măsuri de îmbuntățire permanentă și sistemică a nivelului concurențial pentru a face față provocărilor permanente din piața europeană de servicii de transport.

The master's thesis addresses the complex issue of improving the competitive level of road transport companies in the Republic of Moldova, considering the perspective of our country's accession to the European Union by 2030. The work is structured in the introductory part, three main sections and the final conclusions. The first section of the thesis presents the current stage of development of road transport in the Republic of Moldova, analyzing the general characteristics, the results of the activity for the last 15 years and the characteristic problems of this basic sector of the national economy. The most important aspects of sustainable and durable road transport were also analyzed, and finally a number of intermediate conclusions were drawn regarding the road transport industry. The second section of the work presents relevant and detailed analyses of the role of competition in the market economy system, benchmarking as a genuine tool for improving the competitive level, the perception and models of service quality and the basic aspects of the quality of road freight transport. At the same time, the paper presents with examples the methodological framework for evaluating the competitive level of the road transport company, developed by the author, as well as proposals for improving the competitive level of road transport companies by implementing the most innovative and modern fleet management systems and the diesel consumption control system, based on the use of litrometric probes, connected to the enterprise's FMS system. The measures recommended in the master's thesis are based on the experience of the most successful companies in improving the competitive level and competitiveness of enterprises. In the final part of the master's thesis, the economic efficiency of the diesel consumption control system is evaluated, the recovery period of the global capital investments being 0.33 years, which confirms the correctness of the proposals developed in the paper. The management of road transport companies in the Republic of Moldova must focus on the system of measures for the permanent and systemic improvement of the competitive level in order to face the permanent challenges in the European transport services market.
