Perfecționarea logisticii și a infrastructurii tehnice de transportare a mărfurilor. Studiu de caz: SRL "FLORENI", r-nul Anenii Noi

Abstract

Scopul tezei: Elaborarea unor soluții de perfecționare a logisticii și a infrastructurii tehnice de transportare a mărfurilor în cadrul SRL „FLORENI”, în vederea sporirii eficienței activității de transport. Obiectivele tezei de master: Cercetarea a vizat analiza bazei teoretice în domeniul logisticii, evaluarea sistemului logistic existent la nivelul întreprinderii, identificarea principalelor probleme din procesul de transportare a mărfurilor, precum și elaborarea propunerilor de optimizare a infrastructurii tehnice și a logisticii operaționale. Metodele aplicate la realizarea cercetării: Cercetarea s-a bazat pe metode de analiză și sinteză, analiză comparativă, analiză statistică, studiu de caz și evaluare economică. Rezultatele obținute: Prezenta teză de master a avut ca scop analiza și perfecționarea logisticii și a infrastructurii tehnice de transportare a mărfurilor, prin evaluarea modului de organizare a parcului auto și a activității logistice din cadrul întreprinderii avicole FLORENI SRL. Studiul a evidențiat faptul că gestionarea eficientă și întreținerea corespunzătoare a parcului auto sunt esențiale pentru asigurarea continuității transportului, menținerea calității produselor și respectarea cerințelor de siguranță alimentară. De asemenea, s-a constatat că sistemul logistic de transport reprezintă un factor strategic, cu impact direct asupra costurilor operaționale, eficienței producției și competitivității economice. Corelarea planificării transporturilor cu utilizarea rațională a vehiculelor, controlul microclimatului și respectarea normelor sanitar-veterinare contribuie la reducerea pierderilor și a riscurilor logistice. Valorile indicatorilor tehnico-economici obținute confirmă un nivel bun de organizare, iar optimizarea rutelor și digitalizarea proceselor logistice constituie direcții importante pentru creșterea performanței activității de transport.

Purpose of the thesis: Developing solutions for improving logistics and technical infrastructure for transporting goods within SRL "FLORENI", in order to increase the efficiency of transport activity. Objectives of the master's thesis: The research aimed at analyzing the theoretical basis in the field of logistics, evaluating the existing logistics system at the enterprise level, identifying the main problems in the process of transporting goods, as well as developing proposals for optimizing the technical infrastructure and operational logistics. Methods applied to conduct the research: The research was based on methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, case study and economic evaluation. Results obtained: This master's thesis aimed to analyze and improve the logistics and technical infrastructure for transporting goods, by evaluating the organization of the vehicle fleet and the logistics activity within the poultry enterprise FLORENI SRL. The study highlighted the fact that efficient management and proper maintenance of the vehicle fleet are essential for ensuring the continuity of transport, maintaining product quality and complying with food safety requirements. It was also found that the transport logistics system represents a strategic factor, with a direct impact on operational costs, production efficiency and economic competitiveness. Correlating transport planning with the rational use of vehicles, microclimate control and compliance with sanitary and veterinary regulations contributes to reducing losses and logistical risks. The values of the technical and economic indicators obtained confirm a good level of organization, and the optimization of routes and the digitalization of logistics processes are important directions for increasing the performance of transport activity.
