Reabilitarea interioară a edificiilor istorice prin tehnologii moderne

Abstract

Tema lucrării de față este actuală și relevantă atât la nivel național, cât și internațional, deoarece reconstrucția interioară reprezintă o soluție durabilă pentru revitalizarea fondului construit existent. Cercetarea data are ca scop valorificarea patrimoniului istoric prin reabilitarea acestuia, iar în baza la două edificii, descrierea etapelor de reconstrucție pentru fiecare component separat: pardosea, pereți și tavan. Obiectivele tezei includ: 1. Cercetarea lecturii pe tema reconstrucția interioară și a edificiilor. 2. Studierea materialelor și tehnologiilor moderne utilizate în reconstrucția interioară. 3. Descrierea pe etape a reconstrucției interioare. 4. Aplicarea temei întru-un concept proiect. Capitolui I reflectă sintagma „reconstrucția interioară a edificiilor” indicată explicit domeniul central de investigație, intervențiile moderne realizate la nivelul spațiilor interioare ale construcțiilor existente. Capitolul II se vorbește despre studierea tehnologiilor moderne aplicate în reconstrucția interioară a edificiilor, acestea reprezintă o necesitate actuală în domeniul construcțiilor, deoarece procesul de modernizare a clădirilor nu mai poate fi conceput fără integrarea soluțiilor digitale, sustenabile și automatizate. Capitolului III sugerează trecerea de la partea teoretică a reconstrucției interioare la aplicarea ei în plan practic. Aici este începutul fazei aplicative a lucrării, în care conceptul studiat anterior este transpus în exemple tehnice concrete. Astfel, capitolul pune accent pe transpunerea cunoștințelor teoretice în soluții vizibile și verificabile, specifice procesului profesional de proiectare.

The theme of the present work is current and relevant both nationally and internationally, because interior reconstruction represents a sustainable solution for the revitalization of the existing built stock. The given research aims to valorize the historical heritage through its rehabilitation, and based on two buildings, the description of the reconstruction stages for each separate component: floor, walls and ceiling. The objectives of the thesis include: 1. Researching the reading on the topic of interior reconstruction and buildings. 2. Studying modern materials and technologies used in interior reconstruction. 3. Description of the interior reconstruction in stages. 4. Application of the theme in a project concept. Chapter I reflects the phrase "interior reconstruction of buildings" explicitly indicating the central field of investigation, modern interventions carried out at the level of interior spaces of existing buildings. Chapter II talks about studying modern technologies applied in the interior reconstruction of buildings, they represent a current necessity in the field of construction, because the process of modernizing buildings can no longer be conceived without the integration of digital, sustainable and automated solutions. Chapter III suggests the transition from the theoretical part of interior reconstruction to its practical application. Here is the beginning of the application phase of the work, in which the previously studied concept is transposed into concrete technical examples. Thus, the chapter emphasizes the transposition of theoretical knowledge into visible and verifiable solutions, specific to the professional design process.
