Eficientizarea managementului execuției lucrărilor de construcții

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Scopul prezentei cercetări constă în optimizarea procesului de management al execuției lucrărilorDde construcție printr-o abordare integrată care combină trei instrumente fundamentale ale planificării și controlului proiectelor: graficul Gantt, documentația de deviz și managementuldaprovizionării. Scopul principal urmărit este crearea unui model coerent dejmanagement integrat al execuției, aplicabil în practică atât pentru proiecte desconstrucții civile, cât și industriale, Obiectivele lucrării: • Analiza teoretică a conceptului de management al execuțieidlucrărilor de construcție; • Investigarea metodelordmoderne de planificare și control prin graficul Gantt; • Studierea rolului documentației deddeviz în corelarea costurilor cu etapeledde execuție; • Cercetareadsistemului de management al aprovizionării și al logisticiisșantierului; • Integrarea celor treidcomponente într-un sistem unitar dedmanagement. Metode aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: Pentru elaborarea lucrariiddate sa efectuat o cercetare teoretica care consta în studiul literaturiidde specialitate, al normativelordtehnice și al reglementărilor privindsplanificarea, devizarea și organizarea execuției lucrărilor. Cercetarea aplicativă se concentrează pe modelarea unui sistem integrat de management al execuției care corelează graficul Gantt, documentația deddeviz și planul deaaprovizionare, testat ulterior într-un proiect concret decconstrucție. Concluzii și recomandări: Rezultatul principal al metodologiei este obținerea unui model funcțional de managementdintegrat, care permite: corelarea în timp real a activitățilorede execuție, a costurilor și a fluxurilor de aprovizionare; reducerea timpilor morți și a pierderilor materiale; creștereaatransparenței decizionale în cadrul echipei depproiect; deciziilornmanageriale pe baza unor dateccuantificabile și actualizate permanent.

Purpose of the paper: The purpose of this research is to optimize the management process of construction works execution through an integrated approach that combines three fundamental tools of project planning and control: the Gantt chart, the estimate documentation and the supply management. The main goal pursued is to create a coherent model of integrated execution management, applicable in practice for both civil and industrial construction projects, Objectives of the work: • Theoretical analysis of the concept of construction execution management; • Investigation of modern planning and control methods through the Gantt chart; • Study of the role of estimate documentation in correlating costs with execution stages; • Research on the supply management system and site logistics; • Integration of the three components into a unitary management system. Methods applied to the elaboration of the work: For the elaboration of this work, theoretical research was conducted consisting of the study of specialized literature, technical norms, and regulations regarding the planning, estimating, and organization of the execution of works. The applied research focuses on the modeling of an integrated execution management system that correlates the Gantt chart, the estimate documentation, and the supply plan, subsequently tested in a concrete construction project. Conclusions and recommendations: The main result of the methodology is to obtain a functional integrated management model, which allows: real-time correlation of execution activities, costs and supply flows; reduction of downtime and material losses; increased decision making transparency within the project team; substantiation of managerial decisions based on quantifiable and permanently updated data.
