Studierea procedeelor de stingere a incendiilor de pădure

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: studierea și analiza procedeelor de stingere a incendiilor de pădure, evidențiind modul de aplicare, eficiența și limitările acestora, precum și în identificarea modalităților de creștere a eficienței intervențiilor prin utilizarea tehnologiilor moderne. Obiectivele lucrării: analiza teoretică a incendiilor de pădure și a factorilor care influențează apariția și comportamentul acestora; studierea și compararea procedeelor de stingere a incendiilor de pădure, în funcție de tipul incendiului și condițiile de intervenție; evidențierea limitărilor procedeelor tradiționale de stingere din perspectiva eficienței și siguranței intervenției; analizarea posibilităților de sprijinire a procedeelor de stingere prin utilizarea tehnologiilor moderne de monitorizare și suport decizional; formularea unor concluzii și direcții de îmbunătățire a intervențiilor în cazul incendiilor de pădure, adaptate condițiilor din Republica Moldova . Importanţa teoretică şi practică a lucrării: Importanţa teoretică a lucrării constă în sistematizarea şi aprofundarea cunoştinţelor privind incendiile de pădure şi procedeele de stingere, prin analizarea integrată a comportamentului focului, a metodelor clasice de intervenţie şi a factorilor care influenţează eficienţa acestora. Lucrarea contribuie la clarificarea relaţiei dintre tipul incendiului şi alegerea procedeelor de stingere adecvate, oferind o bază conceptuală utilă pentru studiile viitoare în domeniu. Importanţa practică a lucrării rezidă în analiza aplicativă a procedeelor de stingere a incendiilor de pădure Rezultatele obţinute de intervenţie şi de factorii decizionali pentru îmbunătăţirea planificării intervenţiilor, creşterea siguranţei personalului şi eficientizarea gestionării incendiilor de pădure în condiţiile specifice Republicii Moldova.

The thesis purpose: the study and analysis of forest fire suppression methods, highlighting their modes of application, effectiveness, and limitations, as well as identifying ways to increase the efficiency of interventions through the use of modern technologies. The thesis objectives: theoretical analysis of forest fires and the factors influencing their occurrence and behavior; study and comparison of forest fire suppression methods according to the type of fire and intervention conditions; identification of the limitations of traditional suppression methods from the perspective of efficiency and intervention safety; analysis of the possibilities to support fire suppression methods through the use of modern monitoring technologies and decision-support systems; formulation of conclusions and improvement directions for forest fire interventions, adapted to the conditions of the Republic of Moldova.. Theoretical and practical importance of thesis: The theoretical significance of the study lies in the systematization and in-depth analysis of knowledge regarding forest fires and fire suppression methods, through an integrated examination of fire behavior, classical intervention methods, and the factors influencing their effectiveness. The study contributes to clarifying the relationship between the type of fire and the selection of appropriate suppression methods, providing a useful conceptual basis for future research in the field. The practical significance of the study resides in the applied analysis of forest fire suppression methods and in highlighting the possibilities of supporting these methods through the use of modern monitoring technologies and decision -support systems. The obtained results may be used by intervention structures and decision -makers to improve intervention planning, enhance personnel safety, and increase the efficiency of forest fire management under the specific conditions of the Republic of Moldova.
