Aplicarea tehnicilor moderne de investigare a incendiilor produse la autovehicule

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Analiza și valorificarea tehnicilor moderne de investigare a incendiilor produse la autovehicule, în vederea creșterii eficienței procesului de determinare a cauzelor și a factorilor care au condus la declanșarea acestora. Obiectivele principale ale lucrării: prezentarea evoluției autovehiculelor și dinamica incendiilor asociate acestora; analiza cadrului normativ național și internațional privind investigarea incendiilor auto; analiza procesului de ardere și dezvoltării incendiilor la autovehicule; prezentarea metodelor clasice și tehnicile moderne de investigare a incendiilor la autovehicule; aplicarea practică a unor tehnici într-un studiu de caz; formularea concluziilor pentru înbunătățirea procesului de investigare în Republica Moldova. Importanţa teoretică şi practică a lucrării: Importanța teoretică a lucrării constă în analiza și sistematizarea celor mai noi tehnici și metode utilizate în investigarea incendiilor la autovehicule, contribuind la dezvoltarea bazei științifice în domeniul ingineriei antiincendiu. Studiul oferă o perspectivă actuală asupra proceselor de ardere, a factorilor de risc și a modului în care tehnologia modernă poate fi integrată în cercetarea tehnică post -incendiu. Din punct de vedere practic lucrarea rezidă în posibilitatea aplicării metodelor moderen în activitate de cercetare/expertizare tehnică. Rezultatele obținute pot fi utilizate pentru perfecționarea pregătirii specialiștilor cu atribuții în cercetarea incendiilor și reducerea numărului de erori în stabilirea cauzelor incendiilor la autovehicule.

Purpose of the thesis: The analysis and utilization of modern techniques for investigating vehicle fires, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of determining the causes and factors that led to their outbreak. Main objectives of the thesis: Presentation of the evolution of vehicles and the dynamics of fires associated with them; Analysis of the national and international regulatory framework regarding vehicle fire investigation; Examination of the combustion process and the development of fires in vehicles; Presentation of classical methods and modern techniques for investigating vehicle fires; Practical application of certain techniques in a case study; Formulation of conclusions and recommendations for improving the investigation process in the Republic of Moldova. Theoretical and practical importance of the thesis: The theoretical importance of the thesis lies in the analysis and systematization of the newest techniques and methods used in vehicle fire investigation, contributing to the development of the scientific foundation in the field of fire engineering. The study provides a current perspective on combustion processes, risk factors, and the ways in which modern technology can be integrated into post-fire technical research. From a practical standpoint, the thesis highlights the possibility of applying modern methods in technical investigation/expertise activities. The results obtained can be used to improve the training of specialists responsible for fire investigation and to reduce the number of errors in determining the cause sofvehicle fires.
