Se constata existenta teoriilor clasice de dezvoltare a tehnologiilor si a modelelor contemporane bazate pe viyiune clara, obiective masurabile, analiza situatiei actuale si a proritatilor, elaborarea planurilor de actiune, monitorizarea activitatilor. Sunt analizati factorii determinanti ai strategiilor de dezvoltare tehnologica in aspectele economic, social, nivel tehnologic, ecologie circularitate etc.
