Îmbunătățirea calității lucrării de recoltare a cerealelor păioase prin perfecționarea organelor de separare și de treier ale combinei

Abstract

Teza este elaborată pe 67 pag. și include rezumat, introducere și trei capitole, desene – 36, tabele – 1, surse bibliografice – 71. În compartimentul al întâi sa efectuat o cercetare literaturică a propunerilor legate de problema, care a determinat obiectivul principal al tezei și în baza acestor cercetări sa întocmit schema funcțională a combinei pentru recoltarea cerealelor păioase. Include o analiză brevetară, a rezultatelor cercetările științifice din domeniul ce reflectă problema, care a determinat obiectivul principal al tezei. Compartimentul doi prevede calculele inginerești necesare pentru argumentarea principalelor parametri tehnologici și constructivi, calculele parametrilor energetici și tehnico-economici, sa elaborat fișa operațional tehnologică la lucrarea de recoltare a cerealelor păioase cu combina modernizată. Compartimentul trei prevede argumentarea economică a implementării aparatului de treier modernizat, pentru care sa determinat cheltuielile de exploatare în rezultatul implementării combinei modernizate.

The thesis is elaborated on 67 pages and includes summary, introduction and three chapters, drawings – 36, tables – 1, bibliographic sources – 71. In the first section, a literature review of the proposals related to the problem was conducted, which determined the main objective of the thesis, and based on this research, a functional diagram of the combine for harvesting straw cereals was drawn up. It includes a patent analysis, the results of scientific research in the field reflecting the problem, which determined the main objective of the thesis. The second section provides the engineering calculations necessary for the argumentation of the main technological and constructive parameters, calculations of energy and technical-economic parameters, the technological operational sheet for the work of harvesting straw cereals with the modernized combine was developed. The third section provides the economic argumentation of the implementation of the modernized threshing machine, for which the operating costs as a result of the implementation of the modernized combine were determined.
