Caracterul amoral al transhumanței politice moldovenești

Abstract

In this article, the problems of party switching in the Republic of Moldova are addressed, which is a fairly widespread social phenomenon in recent decades that has a harmful/ammoral influence on social development our country. The author notes the fact that moldovan political transhumance has become a practice, a rouytine, which is not in the public interest because the issue of politrical migration from one parlamentary faction to another occurs „for a fee”, which represents pure corruption, an excelent example of what can be called a political bribe. In conclusion, it is noted that it is necessary to adopt a law that would prohibit political defection from one party of another, and as a possible solution it could include the request that the defector remain independent until the end of the electoral mandate.

În acest articol sunt abordate problemele schimbă rii de partid în Republica Moldova, fenomen social destul de răspândit în ultimele decenii, care are o influență dăunătoare/imorală asupra dezvoltării sociale a țării noastre. Autorul remarcă faptul că transhumanța politică moldovenească a devenit o practică, o rutină, care nu este în interesul public, deoarece problema migrației politice de la o fracțiune parlamentară la alta se realizează „contra cost”, ceea ce reprezintă corupție pură, un exemplu excelent a ceea ce poate fi numit mită politică. În concluzie, se observă că este necesară adoptarea unei legi care ar interzice dezertarea politică de la un partid la altul, iar ca posibilă soluție ar putea include solicitarea ca dezertorul să rămână independent până la sfârșitul mandatului electoral.
