Implementarea standardelor de securitate cibernetică în mediul de afaceri

Abstract

Scopul şi obiectivele prezentei teze: Scopul principal a acestei lucrări este descrierea standardelor de securitate cibernetică actuale ce sunt folosite în securitatea mediului de afaceri, ce sfere sunt aria de acoperire ale acestor standarde, care sunt asemănările și deosebirile între ele, provocările cu care se confruntă mediul de afaceri în implementarea standardelor în activitatea sa, studiul conformității legale și soluții de remediere a provocărilor cu care se întîlneste mediul de afaceri. Pentru atingerea acestui scop au fost formulate următoarele obiective: prezentarea și descrierea standardelor de securitate cibernetică actuale,studiul provocărilor în implementarea standardelor, identificarea și analiza riscurilor specifice mediului de afaceri, soluții tehnologice și organizaționale pentru implementarea eficientă a standardelor, studiul conformității și reglementărilor internaționale și importanța lora pentru mediul de afaceri. Obiectivele cercetării: studierea bibliografiei în domeniu standardelor de securitate cibernetică; studiul bibliografiei despre cerințele de implementare ale acestor standarde, studiul provocărilor în plan de securitate cibernetică pentru mediul actual de afaceri,studiul soluțiilor tehnologice și organizaționale pentru implementarea standardului. Metodologia cercetării: Pentru efectuarea studiului asupra temei abordate au fost aplicate metoda analitică, logică, sistematică şi comparativă.

The purpose and objectives of this thesis: The main purpose of this work is to describe the current cybersecurity standards that are used in business security, what are the areas covered by these standards, what are the similarities and differences between them, the challenges that the business environment faces in implementing the standards in its activity, the study of legal compliance and solutions to remedy the challenges that the business environment faces. To achieve this goal, the following objectives were formulated: presentation and description of current cybersecurity standards, study of challenges in implementing standards, identification and analysis of risks specific to the business environment, technological and organizational solutions for the efficient implementation of standards, study of international compliance and regulations and their importance for the business environment. Research objectives: study of the bibliography in the field of cybersecurity standards; study of the bibliography on the implementation requirements of these standards, study of cybersecurity challenges for the current business environment, study of technological and organizational solutions for implementing the standard. Research methodology: To conduct the study on the topic addressed, the analytical, logical, systematic and comparative methods were applied.
