dc.description.abstract In this work the history biological particularities, gastronomic and pharmacological characteristics of Lentinus edodes arestated, as well as the investigation results on producing these mushrooms in Moldova with different leafy sort trees of local flora. The more suitable sort of trees are determined, on which the mushroom develops well and bears fruits. For the purpose of the period reduction establishment of the growing mycelium and the bedinning of mushroom shaping are determined the optimum bar diameter and length, as well as the method of the mycelium contribution. en_US
