Abstract

Proiectul de modernizare a străzii Mihail Frunze din localitatea Chetrosu, raionul Anenii Noi, reprezintă o investiție strategică în infrastructura rutieră locală, care răspunde unei nevoi reale și stringente a comunității. Strada, parte a rețelei rutiere urbane, se află într-o stare avansată de degradare, atât din punct de vedere structural, cât și funcțional. Sistemul rutier existent, compus dintr-un strat subțire de asfalt și materiale neuniforme de balast și piatră spartă, nu oferă o capacitate portantă adecvată pentru traficul actual și nu respectă cerințele minime de siguranță, confort și durabilitate. În plus, infrastructura de însoțire este fie absentă, fie improprie: lipsesc trotuarele și elementele de siguranță rutieră, semnalizarea este insuficientă, iar sistemul de drenaj este inexistent sau ineficient.

The modernization project of Mihail Frunze Street in the locality of Chetrosu, Anenii Noi District, represents a strategic investment in the local road infrastructure, addressing a real and pressing need of the community. The street, part of the urban road network, is currently in an advanced state of degradation, both structurally and functionally. The existing road system, composed of a thin asphalt layer over uneven layers of ballast and crushed stone, does not provide adequate bearing capacity for current traffic and does not meet the minimum requirements for safety, comfort, or durability. Moreover, the accompanying infrastructure is either absent or inadequate: there are no sidewalks or road safety elements, signage is insufficient, and the drainage system is either non-existent or ineffective.
