Abstract

Scopul proiectului: Scopul proiectului de diplomă este propuerea unui concept pentru un Centru de afaceri în orașul Chișinău. Obiectivele generale: Pentru atingerea scopului dat, autorul și-a propus un șir de obiective ce necesită studiate și aplicate în cadrul acestei lucrări. Primul obiectiv este crearea unui spațiu modern și funcțional. Al doilea obiectiv important este studierea sitului ales și anume declivitatea reliefului și tipul solului. Un alt obiectiv este integrarea armonioasă a edificiului în situl dat prin intermediul materialelor și formelor fațadelor. Al treilea obiectiv constă în atribuirea funcțiilor corespunzătore pentru un centru de afaceri. Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: Pentru a obține rezultatele necesare, autorul a apelat la câteva metode pentru elaborarea lucrării, cum ar fi metodele teoretice ce s-au bazat pe documentarea cadrului legislativ și normelor de proiectare, manualelor și a surselor webografice, analiza noilor tendințe arhitecturale și constructive pentru susținerea principiului de funcționalitate și sustenabilitate. Tot aici, s-au aplicat și metodele de prelucrare a datelor și anume cele matematice și statice pentru realizarea calcului economic și de construcție, dialogarea cu specialiști din domeniu pentru formarea corectă a ideilor principale și a gândirii critice, reprezentarea grafică a noilor scheme urbanistice și desene tehnice pentru expunerea coerentă a ideilor și a conceptului realizat.

Project objective: The aim of the diploma project is to propose a concept for a Business Center in the city of Chișinău. Main tasks: To achieve the stated goal, the author has set a series of objectives that need to be studied and applied within this work. The first objective is to create a modern and functional space. The second important objective is to study the selected site, specifically the slope of the terrain and the soil type. Another objective is the harmonious integration of the building into the site through the use of facade materials and forms. The third objective is the assignment of appropriate functions for a business center. Methods used in the work: To obtain the necessary results, the author employed several methods in the development of the project, such as theoretical methods based on the study of the legislative framework and design standards, manuals, and webographic sources, as well as the analysis of new architectural and construction trends to support the principle of functionality and sustainability. Additionally, data processing methods were applied, namely mathematical and statistical ones, to perform the economic and construction calculations. Dialogues with specialists in the field were conducted to properly form the main ideas and critical thinking. Graphical representation of new urban planning schemes and technical drawings were also used to coherently present the ideas and the developed concept.
