Abstract

Lucrarea include o analiză teoretică a importanței managementului în industria construcțiilor, identificând metode și tehnici specifice utilizate în acest domeniu. Studiul de caz se concentrează pe proiectul de construcție „Niscon Lux”, fiind descrise etapele de execuție, materialele și tehnologiile utilizate, precum și modul de implementare a metodelor manageriale în cadrul acestuia. Analiza detaliată a companiei Niscon Lux SRL evidențiază structura sa organizatorică, metodele de management aplicate și modul de gestionare a resurselor umane și financiare. Ultimul capitol este dedicat analizei economico-financiare a proiectului, incluzând devizul de cheltuieli și principalii indicatori de performanță, oferind totodată recomandări pentru optimizarea eficienței financiare. Memoriul explicativ conține: introducere, 4 capitole, concluzii, recomandări, bibliografie cu 26 de titluri, 13 figuri și 10 tabele. Capitolul 1 oferă o abordare teoretică asupra managementului în construcții, prezentând metodele și tehnicile manageriale relevante. Capitolul 2 este dedicat studiului de caz al proiectului „Niscon Lux”, detaliind obiectivele, tehnologiile, materialele utilizate și etapele de implementare. Capitolul 3 analizează compania Niscon Lux SRL, punând accent pe metodele de management utilizate și abordarea resurselor. Capitolul 4 include o analiză economico-financiară, calculul devizului de cheltuieli și propuneri de eficientizare. Lucrarea contribuie la înțelegerea aplicării practice a metodelor manageriale în domeniul construcțiilor, evidențiind importanța acestora în creșterea performanței și sustenabilității proiectelor de construcție.

This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of managerial methods and techniques implemented within the construction company Niscon Lux SRL. The main objective is to assess how modern management practices influence operational efficiency, work organization, and the economic and financial outcomes of construction projects. The paper includes a theoretical overview of the role and importance of management in the construction industry, emphasizing specific methods and techniques relevant to the field. A detailed case study on the construction project “Niscon Lux” highlights the objectives, technologies, and materials used, as well as the planning, execution, and completion phases of the project. Further, the thesis explores the organizational structure of Niscon Lux SRL, the management methods applied in its projects, and the approach to managing human and financial resources. The final chapter is dedicated to the economic-financial analysis of the constructed project, including cost estimates and key performance indicators, and provides practical recommendations for improving financial efficiency. The explanatory memorandum includes: introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography with 26 titles, 13 figures, and 10 tables.
