Rolul managementului strategic în cadrul companiei de construcții "Promilton S.R.L."

Abstract

Proiectul de licență intitulat „Rolul managementului strategic în cadrul companiei de construcții Promilton S.R.L.” explorează atât aspectele teoretice, cât și cele practice legate de construcția clădirilor rezidențiale , având ca studiu de caz un bloc locativ situat în orașul Ialoveni str.Moldova 2/3. Lucrarea abordează tematica prin prisma reglementărilor normative și legislative aplicabile acestui tip de construcții, oferind analiză și execuție detaliată a procesului de construcție. Principalele etape ale procesului de construcție sunt documentația de proiect, calculul necesarului de resurse materiale și financiare, precum și elaborarea devizului estimativ pentru lucrările propuse. Scopul lucrării este organizarea procesului de construcție al „Blocului locative de tip S+P+6E” din orașul Ialoveni. Obiectivele cercetării sunt structurate astfel: -Identificarea cadrului normativ și legislativ privind construcția clădirilor rezidențiale în Republica Moldova; -Realizarea documentației de proiect; -Determinare și calcularea necesarului de materiale, manoperă și utilaj pentru realizarea proiectului; -Elaborarea devizului de cheltuieli pentru realizarea construcției Blocului locativ de tip S+P+6E; Obiectul investigat este construcția „Bloc locative de tip S+P+6E”, situată pe strada Moldova 2/3, din orașul Ialoveni. Rezultatele cercetării includ proiectul de execuție a clădirii „Bloc locativ de tip S+P+6E”, devizul estimativ detaliat care reflectă cheltuielile necesare implementării lucrărilor, precum și calculele privind.

The bachelor’s project entitled “The role of strategic management within the construction company Promilton SRL” explores both theoretical and practical aspects related to the construction of residential buildings, having as a case study a residential building located in the city of Ialoveni, Moldova Street 2/3. The work approaches the topic through the prism of the normative and legislative regulations applicable to this type of construction, providing detailed analysis and execution of the construction process. The main stages of the construction process are project documentation, calculation of the need for material and financial resources, as well as the development of the estimate for the proposed works.
