Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Este de a analiza piața israeliană, a studia proiectul unei clădiri rezidențiale (3S-P-13E), a estima necestrul de resurse, a găsi furnizori, a planifica achizițiile și a asigura livrarea la timp a materialelor și echipamentelor necesare pentru a evita întârzierile în construcție. Obiectivele generale: Obiectivele lucrării de diplomă sunt multiple și cuprind: 1.Prezentarea conceptului, problemelor și principalelor aspecte ale organizării șantierului de construcții. 2.Cercetarea principalelor aspecte ale planificării asigurării resurselor pentru un șantier de construcții. 3.Evaluarea calitativă a dezvoltării unui proiect de construcții rezidențiale în orașul Tel Aviv. 4.Analiza pieței imobiliare – clădiri noi, în orașul Tel Aviv, Israel. 5.Analiza pieței israeliene a resurselor de construcții. 6.Determinarea consumurilor de manoperă și materiale pentru construcția unui bloc de apartamente în orașul Tel Aviv. 7.Planificarea asigurării resurselor pentru șantierul de construcție al unei clădiri rezidențiale din Tel Aviv. Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: Pentru elaborarea lucrării de licență a fost analizată legislația și normativele ce ține de edificarea construcțiilor, au fost analizate diverse oferte comerciale pentru resurse și a fost efectuată o planificare a aprovizionării cu resurse materiale a șantierului. Lucrarea de licență constă din 4 capitole: 1. Organizarea șantierului și asigurarea resurselor; 2. Caracteristici ale proiectului unei clădiri rezidențiale în orașul TEL AVIV, ISRAEL; 3.Analiza pieței resurselor de construcții din ISRAEL; 4. Aspecte practice ale asistenției de resurse pentru planificarea unui șantier de construcții de clădiri rezidențiale în or. TEL AVIV. Lucrarea are un volum de 75 pagini, și conține: 32 figuri, 45 tabele, 5 formule și anexe.

Цель работы: является анализ рынка Израиля, изучение проекта жилого дома, 3S-P-13E, оценку потребностей, поиск поставщиков, планирование закупок и обеспечение своевременной поставки необходимых материалов и оборудования, чтобы избежать задержек в строительстве. Для реализации поставленной цели, были сформулированы следующие задачи: 1.Изложение концепции, проблем и основные аспекты организаций строительной площадки. 2.Исследование основных аспектов планирования обеспечения ресурсами строительной площадки. 3.Качественная оценка развития проекта жилого дома в городе Тель-Авив. 4.Анализ рынка недвижимости – новостройки, в городе Тель-Авив, Израиль. 5.Анализ рынка строительных ресурсов Израиля. 6.Определение трудовых и материальных затрат на строительства многоквартирного дома в городе Тель-Авив. 7.Планирование обеспечения ресурсами строительной площадки жилого дома в Тель-Авиве. Методы, примененные при разработке дипломной работы: Для разработки работы, были проанализированы законодательные и нормативные акты, касающиеся строительства зданий, проанализированы различные коммерческие предложения по ресурсам, а также проведено планирование поставок материальных ресурсов на строительную площадку. Работа состоит из 4 глав: 1. Организация строительной площадки и обеспечение ресурсами; 2. Характеристика проекта жилого дома в городе, Тель-Авив, Израиль; 3. Анализ рынка строительных ресурсов Израиля; 4. Практические аспекты планирования обеспечения ресурсами строительной площадки жилого дома в Тель-Авиве. Methods applied in the development of the work: In order to develop the bachelor's thesis, the legislation and regulations related to the construction of buildings were analyzed, various commercial offers for resources were analyzed and a planning of the supply of material resources to the site was carried out.
