Planificarea activităţiilor de construcţie a caselor particulare de locuit

Abstract

Scopul cercetării: este de a analiza și de a primi o întelegere detaliata a procesului de organizarea și planifacare obiectului de construcție. În lucrarea examinează ideile de management de succes. Scopul acestui studiu este de a identifica punctele slabe în organizarea și planificarea construcțiilor private. Sunt explorate diferite metode pentru a îmbunătăți aceste puncte și pentru a identifica punctele forte ale utilizării managementului în construirea de case de la zero. Aflați cum să organizați corect munca de la zero folosind managementul și munca avansată la un proiect înainte de începerea construcției acestuia. Metodele applicate la eloborarea tezei: metodologia ceretarii se bazeaza pe analiza companiei care activeaza cu construcțelor case particulare. În teza am aratat importanța menegmentului și organizare adecvată in activitățiilor companiei de construcție care ocupa cu case particulare.

Цель исследования: проанализировать и получить детальное представление о процессе организации и планирования строительного объекта. В статье рассматриваются успешные идеи управления. Целью данного исследования является выявление слабых сторон в организации и планировании частного строительства. Изучаются различные методы улучшения этих моментов и выявления сильных сторон использования управления при строительстве домов с нуля. Получение навыков того, как правильно организовать работу с нуля, используя передовые методы управления проектами разроботав правильную структуру плана строительства до начала строительства. Методы, примененные при разработке дипломной работы: методология исследования основана на анализе деятельности компании, занимающейся строительством частных домов. В дипломной работе показана важность управления и правильной организации в деятельности строительной компании, занимающейся строительством частных домов.

The purpose of the research: is to analyze and receive a detailed understanding of the process of organizing and planning the construction object. The paper examines the ideas of successful management. The purpose of this study is to identify weaknesses in the organization and planning of private construction. Various methods are explored to improve these points and to identify the strengths of using management in building houses from scratch. Learn how to properly organize work from scratch using management and advanced work on a project before starting its construction. Methods applied in the development of the thesis: the methodology of the research is based on the analysis of the company that is active in the construction of private houses. In the thesis, we showed the importance of management and proper organization in the activities of the construction company that is engaged in the construction of private houses.
