Analiza profilului unor vinuri roșii din colecția combinatului de vinuri de calitate Mileștii Mici

Abstract

În lucrarea dată cercetările și profilul aromatic a vinurilor roșii de colecție au fost efectuate de Laboratorul Central de Testare a Băuturilor Alcoolice/Nealcoolice și a Produselor Conservate„. „.Laboratorul deține certificatul de acreditare nr. LÎ-015 din 16.07.2022 pentru domeniul indicat, fiind acreditat inițial la data de 04.08.1994. Activitatea laboratorului se bazează pe testarea:-indicilor de calitate, inclusiv organoleptica;-indicilor de inofensivitate;-indicilor de autenticitate ale producției alcoolice, ale produselor alimentare și cele conservate. În rezultatul cercetărilor efectuate a evaluării profilului aromatic și senzorial efectuate de 5 experți degustatori autorizați de ONVV prezentate au demonstrat că notele organoleptice medii ale vinurilor roşii supuse investigărilor variază între 63,7 și 72,00 puncte, excepţie făcând doar că au obţinut o notă mai mică vinurile de colecție Negru de Mileștii Mici, situându-se mai jos de limita minimal admisibilă pentru vinurile cu IGP (78,00 puncte).
