dc.description.abstract The wine industry it is traditionally the strongest sector of national economy, as well as it has an international reputation. It is an established fact, that wine is manufactured in Moldova from ancient times. In order to efficiently promote this sector, first and foremost we need to market the wine locally. And this goal can be achieved by using the restaurants and catering businesses, as well as touristic and trade enterprises. The presence of a sommelier offers the restaurant or the tourism agency a high-end image, that is why on Moldova’s labor market there is a demand for a new job , that of a sommelier. en_US
dc.description.abstract Industria vinicolă este, tradiţional, cel mai puternic sector al economiei naţionale, precum şi sectorul în care Moldova se bucură de un renume internaţional. Este binecunoscut faptul că în Moldova vinul se produce din cele mai străvechi timpuri. Pentru promovarea acestui sector, în primul rând trebuie să promovăm vinul pe piaţa autohtonă, iar acest lucru poate fi realizat în întreprinderile de comerţ, turism şi alimentaţie publică. Prezenţa unui sommelier conferă restaurantului, cavului sau agenţiei de turism prestigiu, de aceea pe piaţa muncii din Moldova a apărut necesitatea unei noi meserii, acea de sommelier. ro
dc.description.abstract Industrie du vin est traditionnellement le secteur plus important de l'économie nationale et le secteur d'une réputation internationale. Il est bien connu que dans la production du vin la Moldavie est connu depuis les anciens temps. Pour promouvoir ce secteur, il y a besoin principalement à promouvoir les vins sur le marché autochtone, et cela peut être réalisé dans les entreprises des restaurations, commerciales et le tourisme. La présence d'un sommelier dans une restaurant ou agence de tourisme donne de prestige, et ca exige sur le marche de travaille République de Moldova de nouveau compétence – le compétence de sommelier. fr
dc.description.abstract Винодельческая промышленность Молдовы традиционно является самым сильным сектором национальной экономики, который пользуется международной репутацией. Известно, что в Молдове вино производится из древних времен. Для продвижения этой отрасли, нужно в первую очередь продвигать на отечественном рынке, и это может быть достигнуто в предприятиях общественного питания, торговых и туризма . Наличие сомелье дает ресторана или туристического агентства престижа, поэтому на рынке труда в Молдове оказалось востребована новая профессия, сомелье. ru
