About the increase of surface quality by vibro - hardening

Abstract

The paper presents a series of experimental results concerning the influence of the vibro – hardening process in case of the cylindrical surfaces about of the quality surfaces, processing with the completely new regular microrelief. It’s presenting under the graph form this influences and indicates the mathematical models.

Lucrarea prezintă o serie de rezultate experimentale în ceea ce priveşte influenţa pe care parametrii cinematici ai procesului de vibrorulare în cazul suprafeţelor cilindrice exterioare o exercită asupra stării suprafeţelor prelucrate cu microrelief regulat complet nou. Se prezintă sub formã graficã aceste influenţe şi se indicã modelele matematice rezultate.

Dans ce travail on pressente expérimental résulte après des influences de cinématique paramétrer durcissement avec vibration pour le surfaces cylindriques. A été présente graphique a mathématique model les résultes.

В данной работе рассмотрены ряд экспериментальных результатов o влиянии кинематических параметров процесса виброупрочнения внешних цилиндрических поверхностей на свойства поверхностей, обработанными c помощью регулярного микрорельефа (РМР). Данные влияния представлены в виде графиков, а также изложены и математические модели.
