Abstract

Cercetările științifice elucidate în teza de master au fost realizate la centrul de stat pentru testarea soiurilor de plante „ Pelinia” situat în stepa Bălțului, zona de nord a republicii. Cercetările au fost efectuate pe un sol cernoziom levigat. Au fost studiate zece soiuri noi de grâu de toamnă. Experiențele au fost efectuate în patru repetiții. Cultura premergătoarea grâului de toamnă a fost cultura mazărea. Cercetările au fost efectuate în anul agricol 2021/22/. Au fost cultivate soiurile Trublion, Bezostaia 100, Kuialnik, Simbol, Moldova 614, Aspekt, Pg101, Promitor, Tiras și soiul Meleag în calitate de martor. Au fost efectuate observări fenologice asupra plantelor de grâu de toamnă, determinați indicii fizice de calitate a boabelor, determinate capacitatea germinativă și supraviețuirea plantelor în câmp, au fost determinați indicatorii biometrici ai plantelor de grâu, determinată recolta și eficiența economică la cultivarea grâului de toamnă. Rezultatele cercetărilor au arătat că toate soiurile au avut o perioadă de vegetație cuprinsă între 238 și 243 zile. Capacitatea germinativă a fost de 96-100 %, la fel înaltă a fost și supraviețuirea plantelor. Înălțimea medie a plantelor de grâu de toamnă în experiență a fost de 77,4 cm, lungimea spicului de 7,2 cm și numărul de boabe in spic de 43,5 boabe. Cele mai mari producții au fost obținute la soiurile Aspect, Trublion și Promitor. Cea mai mică recoltă la soiul PG 101. Recolta medie pe experiență a fost de 8, 18 t/boabe la hectar. Cei mai mare indicatori economici au fost obținuți la cultivarea soiului Aspect.

The scientific research elucidated in the master's thesis was carried out at the state center for testing plant varieties "Pelinia" located in the Bălţu steppe, the northern area of the republic. The research was carried out on a leached chernozem soil. Ten new varieties of winter wheat were studied. The experiments were performed in four repetitions. The preceding crop of winter wheat was the pea crop. The research was carried out in the agricultural year 2021/22/. The varieties Trublion, Bezostaia 100, Kuialnik, Simbol, Moldova 614, Aspekt, Pg101, Promitor, Tiras and the variety Meleag were cultivated as a control. Phenological observations were made on winter wheat plants, physical indicators of grain quality were determined, germination capacity and survival of plants in the field were determined, biometric indicators of wheat plants were determined, yield and economic efficiency of winter wheat cultivation were determined. The research results showed that all varieties had a vegetation period between 238 and 243 days. Germination capacity was 96-100%, as was plant survival. The average height of the winter wheat plants in the experiment was 77.4 cm, the length of the ear was 7.2 cm and the number of grains in the ear was 43.5 grams. The highest yields were obtained in Aspect, Trublion and Promitor varieties. The lowest yield in the variety PG 101. The average yield per experience was 8.18 t/grains per hectare. The highest economic indicators were obtained when growing the Aspect variety.
