The present note reports reflectivity spectra investigated on oriented cleaved crystals of tetragonal CdAb2, CdP2, and ZnP2 and monoclinic ZnAs2 and ZnP2 in energy range 0,8 to 12,5 eV at 300 at 77 0K.
