Scopul cercetării: reprezintă întreprinderea S.R.L. ,,DAAC Autosport”. Scopul de bază: presupune analiza mediului concurențial al companiei S.R.L. ,,DAAC Autosport” în vederea sporirii competitivității. În cadrul tezei au fost utilizate metodele generale de prelucrare și sistematizare, precum: metoda statistică de prelucrare a datelor, analiză, sinteză, analiza SWOT etc. Obiectivele generale constau în: definirea conceptului de competitivitate a întreprinderii, evaluarea gradului de competitivitate a întreprinderii în raport cu concurenții acestea, diagnosticarea activității de marketing în cadrul întreprinderii analizate; identificarea punctelor slabe a competitivității întreprinderii și propunerea strategiilor eficiente în vederea sporirii competitivității întreprinderii. Structura acestei teze este alcătuită din introducere, trei capitole, concluzii, bibliografie și anexe. În primul capitol este prezentat în linii generale abordările teoretico-metodologice privind noțiunea de concurență, funcțiile concurenței, metode de analiză a mediului concurențial și conceptul de competitivitate. Capitolul doi reflectă partea analitică unde a fost prezentată analiza sectorului, caracteristica întreprinderii, analiza mediului concurențial, analiza diagnostică a funcțiunii comerciale, analiza diagnostică a funcțiunii de personal a întreprinderii și analiza swot pentru analizarea acestor rezultate. În capitolul trei, au fost stabilite direcțiile de sporire a competitivității prin elaborarea și implementarea strategiilor eficiente în vederea sporirii a competitivității întreprinderii S.R.L. ,,DAAC Autosport”, în urma implementării măsurilor recomandate de autor.; The field of study of the thesis is the theoretical and applied aspects of the competitiveness under competitive conditions of the enterprise S.R.L. "DAAC Autosport" which operates in the light vehicle trade industry. The purpose of the research: represents the company S.R.L. "DAAC Autosport". The basic purpose: involves the analysis of the competitive environment of the S.R.L. company. "DAAC Autosport" in order to increase competitiveness. In the framework of the thesis, the general methods of processing and systematization were used, such as: the statistical method of data processing, analysis, synthesis, SWOT analysis, etc. The general objectives: consist of: defining the concept of enterprise competitiveness, evaluating the degree of competitiveness of the enterprise in relation to its competitors, diagnosing the marketing activity within the analyzed enterprise; identifying the weak points of the company's competitiveness and proposing effective strategies to increase the company's competitiveness. In the first chapter the theoretical-methodological approaches regarding the notion of competition, the functions of competition, methods of analyzing the competitive environment and the concept of competitiveness are presented in general terms. Chapter two reflects the analytical part where the analysis of the sector, the characteristic of the enterprise, the analysis of the competitive environment, the diagnostic analysis of the commercial function, the diagnostic analysis of the personnel function of the enterprise and the swot analysis to analyze these results were presented. In the third chapter, the directions for increasing competitiveness were established by developing and implementing effective strategies in order to increase the competitiveness of the company S.R.L. Sun, 01 Jan 2023 00:00:00 GMT https://repository.utm.md/handle/5014/29647 2023-01-01T00:00:00Z https://repository.utm.md/handle/5014/29646 Managementul riscurilor operaționale într-o întreprindere din branșa constructoare de mașini în perioada post-COVID RUSU, Anișoara Teza de masterat ”Managementul riscurilor operaționale într-o întreprindere din branșa constructoare de mașini în perioada post-Covid”, realizată de Anișoara Rusu, are ca obiectiv elaborarea unui model de eficientizare a managementului riscului operațional ca răspuns la apariția noilor provocări în industrie în această perioadă cauzate de pandemia Covid-19. Ca obiect de studiu a fost selectată o companie din industria constructoare de mașini industriale din Republica Federală Germană. În urma analizei, s-au depistat 4 probleme: creșterea masivă a prețurilor la materia primă, deficitul de seminconductoare, creșterea prețului la energie electrică și insolvența furnizorilor. Cauza lor sunt distorsiunile create pe piață din cauza neacoperirei cererei și lipsa de experiență a companiei cu gestionarea concomitentă a mai multor probleme de acest gen. Până în acel moment aceste riscuri și-au făcut apariția în perioade diferite de timp și nu s-au suprapus.În urma analizei modului de gestionare a fiecărui risc de către companie, s-a elaborat un pachet de acțiuni de ordin operativ și strategic. Măsurilor operative nu necesită ajustarea proceselor interne în companie și nu este nevoie de implicarea managementului superior. Strategic, s-au propus măsuri de dezvoltare a organizației, care presupun adaptarea proceselor interne la noile provocări. Se sugerează extinderea metodologiei de evaluare a riscurilor operative prin metoda semi-cantitativă și se propune digitalizarea acestui proces prin implementarea unui program specializat. O altă măsură este inițierea unui proces intern de localizare a pieselor lipsă (semiconductoare), în care este definită fiecare etapă împreună cu departamentele răspunzătoare. Teza este alcătuită din trei capitole, introducere și concluzie. În introducere este prezentat obiectivul lucrării și importanța temei abordate. Primul capitol servește ca bază teoretică pentru înțelegerea economică a situației create în industrie. Aici se definește noțiunea de risc, se descrie managementul riscurilor operaționale și se elucidează metodele de evaluare a riscurilor și cauzele apariției distorsiunelor pe piață. În capitolul doi, este descrisă branșa constructoare de mașini industriale inclusiv și compania studiată prin evoluția parametrilor economici din ultimii 5 ani. De asemenea, sunt prezentate riscurile operaționale depistate împreună cu modul, în care au fost gestionate de către companie. În capitolul trei, sunt prezentate măsurile de eficientizare ale managementului riscului operațional pentru viitor. În concluzie este făcută o sinteză a rezultatelor cercetării și sunt recomandate alte direcții de cercetare legate de subiectul respectiv.; The “Master's Thesis Operational risk management in a company of industrial manufacturing industry in the post-Covid period” prepared by Anișoara Rusu, aims to develop an operational risk management model to address new industry challenges during this period. As the study object was selected a company in the industrial manufacturing industry from German market. Four problems were identified following the analysis: massive increases in raw material prices, semiconductor shortages, rising electricity prices, and supplier insolvency. The causes are market distortions because of the high demand and the low offer. Also, the company does not have experience in managing multiple issues simultaneously like these. Up until that point, these risks appeared at different times and did not overlap. Based on the analysis of the company's management risk, a package of operational and strategic actions was developed for each risk. Operational measures do not require adjustment of internal processes and do not require the involvement of senior management. Strategically, organizational development measures have been proposed, which involve adapting internal processes to new challenges. It is suggested to expand the semi-quantitative risk assessment methodology and propose the digitization of this process through the implementation of specialized software. Another measure is to implimate an internal process of locating missing parts (semiconductors), in which each stage with the responsible departments is defined. The thesis consists of three chapters, an introduction, and a conclusion. The introduction presents the objective of the work and the importance of the topic addressed. The first chapter serves as a theoretical basis for understanding the economic situation created in the industry in this period. The concept of risk is defined, and operational risk management is described. Similarly, risk assessment methods and the causes of market distortions are elucidated. In chapter two, the industrial machinery construction sector, including the studied company, is described through the evolution of economic parameters over the last five years. Additionally, operational risks identified and how they were managed by the company are presented. In chapter three, measures to optimize operational risk management for the future are propoused. In conclusion, a synthesis of the research results is made and also it is recommended to research other directions related to the subject. POLCANOV, Alexei Scopul lucrării este de a elabora un proiect de retehnologizare pentru creșterea performanțelor economice în cadrul întreprinderii INGEOTECH-GRUP S.R.L. Sub forma unui supliment sunt studiate aspectele teoretice ale temei analizate. Teza de master conține un studiu al aspectelor teoretice de retehnologizare și restructurare a intreprinderii. Partea practică a lucrării conține un diagnostic financiar și economic detaliat al întreprinderii. Sunt evaluate activele întreprinderii și sursele de formare a acestora, rezultatele financiare și eficiența funcționării. În partea de proiect sunt oferite posibilitățile de extindere a activității de exploatare a întreprinderii. Proiectul de retehnologizare tehnică a întreprinderii este luat în considerare și analizat separat. Se analizează metodele de gestionare a proiectelor și se elaborează mecanisme de minimizare a riscurilor proiectului. În procesul de elaborare a Tezei de master au fost aplicate următoarele metode: economico-statistică, cantitativă, calitativă, analiză, sinteză. Rezultatele cercetărilor și calculelor sunt prezentate sub formă de tabele, figuri, iar cu ajutorul obiectelor grafice pentru o mai bună înțelegere a analizelor. Ca urmare a studiului, au fost obținute modalități de realizare a unei analize mai precise a proiectului, de optimizare a sistemului de management al riscurilor și de activare a programului de extindere a companiei INGEOTECH-GRUP S.R.L. În cazul unei implementări reușite a proiectului, compania își poate îmbunătăți semnificativ competitivitatea și își poate consolida poziția pe piață. De asemenea, acest proiect va oferi o oportunitate de diversificare a activităților și de atragere a unor clienți suplimentari prin extinderea gamei de servicii oferite. Rezultatele obținute pot fi utilizate în cadrul întreprinderii pentru a aduce îmbunătățirile necesare pentru a minimiza riscurile și a îmbunătăți performanța operațională. De asemenea, rezultatele pot fi de interes practic pentru potențialii investitori care implementează proiecte de retehnologizare și restructurare în condiții de incertitudine și risc.; The purpose of the work is to develop a project of refurbishment to increase the economic performance of the INGEOTECH-GRUP S.R.L. enterprise. In the form of a supplement, the theoretical aspects of the analyzed topic are studied. Master’s thesis contains a study of the theoretical aspects of refurbishment and restructuring of the analyzed organization. The practical part of the work contains a detailed financial and economic diagnostic of the enterprise. The assets of the enterprise and the sources of their formation, financial results and efficiency of functioning were assessed. In the design part, the possibilities for expanding the operating activities of the enterprise are proposed. The project of technical re-equipment of the enterprise is considered and analyzed separately. Project management methods were analyzed and mechanisms for the risks minimizing were developed. During the developing of Master’s thesis, the following methods were applied: economic-statistical, quantitative, qualitative, analysis, synthesis. The results of research and calculations are presented in the form of tables, figures, using graphic objects for a better understanding of analytical materials. As a result of the study, methods have been obtained that allow for a more accurate project analysis, optimize the risk management system and activate the program to expand the activities of the researched enterprise INGEOTECH-GRUP S.R.L. In case of successful implementation of the project, the enterprise can significantly improve its competitiveness and strengthen its position in the market. Also, this project will provide an opportunity to diversify activities and attract additional customers by expanding the range of provided services. The obtained results can be used at the enterprise in order to make the necessary improvements to minimize risks and improve operating results. Also, the results of the work may be of practical interest to potential investors implementing the refurbishment and restructuring projects in conditions of uncertainty and risk. Chapter 1 “Examination of theoretical considerations regarding the financial performance of the enterprise” includes the theoretical basis of the work, presenting the concepts, starting ideas regarding the financial performance of the enterprise, as well as describing the main tools and methods used in its assessment. Chapter 2 “Financial diagnosis of the enterprise Valenagro Com S.R.L.” contains the assessment of the development trend of the economy of the Republic of Moldova, the characteristic of the agricultural branch and the financial analysis of the company "Valenagro Com" S.R.L through the prism of the indicators mentioned in the theoretical basis. Chapter 3 “Increasing the financial performance of Valenagro Com S.R.L.” includes proposals for increasing financial performance in eliminating the states of uncertainty mentioned in the previous chapter. The use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method demonstrates the way to argue the decision in order to improve the company's financial performance. The stimulatory role of the state on the activity of “Valenagro Com” S.R.L. is appreciated. Finally, the presented ideas are synthesized and mentioned in the conclusions, presenting the results of the current master's thesis.
