Сравнительно небольшая территория и расположение имеют плюсы так и минусы. Есть возможность развиваться быстро при небольших инвестициях, доступность в любой точке страны, связи между странами Ближнего Востока и Европы. Однако площадь в 33,7 т кв. киилометров накладывают ограничения на внутренние перевозки, спрос ограниченный, нету широкой варьятивности товаров для перевозки, нельзя внедрить мультимодальные перевозки так как в данном случае это будет вести к большим потериям времени на небольших расстояних. Так же нельзя отменить того факта что Молдова не является членом EC, что является причиной больших очередей на таможнях. При должном внимании, изминение инфраструктуры до высоких стандартов качества станет хорошей возможностью для инвестирования в экономические отрасли страны и расширению связей на других рынках. Вырастет удовлетворенность граждан и приезжих, станет объектом интереса для других. Данный проект наглядно показывает возможности вредрения элетронных помощников систем ITS и TMS для улучшения предоставляем транспортных услуг, опыт и результаты введения в других странах. Так же было внедрено основы конкуренции, способы развития, методы анализа для того чтобы создать здоровую конкуренцию между танснспортными компаниями на молдавском рынке и за его границей. Отдельная роль отводится интеграции Республики Молдовы в международные транспортные сети которые несут прямую выгоду и процветание. Не можем не упомянуть динамику инмпорта и экспорта за последние несколько лет коротая прямо пропорцианально влияет на развитие страны.; Pentru a îmbunătăți managementul, calitatea și eficiența proceselor de producție în transportul rutier, este necesar să se abordeze cu o înțelegere profundă a situației interne a acestei probleme în Republica Moldova, precum și să se studieze specificul în alte țări, care vor fi descrise în detaliu în acest proiect. Teritoriul și locația comparativ mici au atât avantaje, cât și dezavantaje. Există o oportunitate de a se dezvolta rapid cu investiții mici, accesibilitate în orice punct al țării, conexiuni între Orientul Mijlociu și Europa. Cu toate acestea, suprafața de 33,7 mii kilometri pătrați impune restricții asupra transportului intern, cererea este limitată, nu există o variabilitate largă de mărfuri pentru transport, este imposibil de implementat transportul multimodal, deoarece în acest caz va duce la o pierdere mare de timp pe distanțe mici. Faptul că Moldova nu este membră a UE nu poate fi anulat, ceea ce este motivul ambuteiajelor la vamă. Cu atenția cuvenită, modernizarea infrastructurii la standarde înalte de calitate va fi o bună oportunitate pentru investiții în sectoarele economice ale țării și extinderea conexiunilor pe alte piețe. Satisfacția cetățenilor și a vizitatorilor va crește, iar țara va deveni un obiect de interes pentru alții. Acest proiect demonstrează posibilitățile de implementare a ITS și TMS e-assistants pentru îmbunătățirea serviciilor de transport, experiența și rezultatele implementării în alte țări. RUSU, Nicolae Scopul tezei constă în analiza și evaluarea proceselor de producție, livrare și instalare a produselor din sticlă securizată, precum și în identificarea unor soluții eficiente de optimizare a activităților economice și operaționale în cadrul companiei „Imperial Glass” S.R.L. Prin atingerea acestui scop, lucrarea propune strategii pentru creșterea competitivității pe piața locală și dezvoltarea sustenabilă a afacerii. Obiectivele generale ale proiectului includ: Realizarea unei analize complexe asupra pieței sticlei securizate din Republica Moldova, incluzând dinamica importurilor și exporturilor, precum și identificarea principalilor actori din acest domeniu. Optimizarea procesului de transport al sticlei securizate prin evaluarea costurilor operaționale și alegerea celor mai eficiente soluții logistice. Elaborarea unor calcule financiare detaliate, inclusiv costurile de transport, veniturile estimate și indicatorii de performanță financiară, pentru a determina rata rentabilității și perspectivele de dezvoltare a companiei. Propunerea unor măsuri concrete pentru îmbunătățirea eficienței operaționale, reducerea costurilor și creșterea veniturilor prin diversificarea ofertei și extinderea activității. Metodologia aplicată în cadrul lucrării include utilizarea unor tehnici de analiză economică și operațională, studii de caz aplicate pe ruta proiectată Chișinău-Cahul, precum și metode comparative pentru evaluarea indicatorilor financiari și tehnici de optimizare a proceselor. De asemenea, s-au utilizat tabele, grafice și diagrame pentru o ilustrare clară a datelor obținute. Rezultatele cercetării oferă o imagine detaliată asupra costurilor de transport pentru sticla securizată, analizând inclusiv rata rentabilității care s-a dovedit a fi de 4,5%. Acest rezultat subliniază necesitatea unor măsuri de eficientizare, printre care reducerea cheltuielilor operaționale și creșterea veniturilor prin optimizarea proceselor de producție și transport. Contribuțiile originale ale tezei constau în dezvoltarea unor propuneri practice de îmbunătățire, precum: investiția într-un microbuz mai eficient pentru transportul sticlei securizate, optimizarea rutelor de transport pentru reducerea timpului și a consumului de combustibil, diversificarea produselor oferite și extinderea activității pe piețele externe. În concluzie, teza de master abordează o temă de mare actualitate și relevanță economică, oferind soluții practice și strategice pentru dezvoltarea companiei „Imperial Glass” S.R.L. By achieving this purpose, the thesis proposes strategies for increasing competitiveness in the local market and ensuring sustainable business development. The general objectives of the project include: conducting a comprehensive analysis of the tempered glass market in the Republic of Moldova, including the dynamics of imports and exports and identifying the main players in the field, optimizing the transportation process of tempered glass by evaluating operational costs and selecting the most efficient logistical solutions, developing detailed financial calculations, including transportation costs, estimated revenues, and financial performance indicators, to determine the profitability rate and development prospects of the company, proposing concrete measures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenues by diversifying the product offering and expanding activities. The methodology applied in the thesis includes the use of economic and operational analysis techniques, case studies focused on the planned route Chișinău-Cahul, as well as comparative methods for evaluating financial indicators and process optimization techniques. Tables, graphs, and diagrams have been employed to clearly illustrate the data obtained. The results of the research provide a detailed view of transportation costs for tempered glass, including an analysis of the profitability rate, which was found to be 4.5%. This result highlights the need for efficiency measures, such as reducing operational costs and increasing revenues through optimized production and transportation processes. The original contributions of the thesis consist of developing practical improvement proposals, such as: investing in a more efficient van for transporting tempered glass. optimizing transportation routes to reduce time and fuel consumption, diversifying the range of offered products and expanding activities to external markets. In conclusion, the master’s thesis addresses a highly relevant and economically significant topic, offering practical and strategic solutions for the development of "Imperial Glass" S.R.L.
