This thesis systematically examines the historical evolution and structural transformation of China's grape and wine industry from 1949 to the present, focusing on the "developmental stages of grape cultivation in the People's Republic of China." Based on data from the National Bureau of Statistics, industry yearbooks, policy documents, and authoritative materials from international organizations such as the OIV and FAO, the study identifies four distinct developmental stages: Stage I (1949 1978) e stablished the institutional foundation and initial technical framework under a planned economy; Stage II (1978 2000) unleashed productive vitality through reform and opening up, with joint ventures introducing modern winemaking technologies and initial pr oduct standardization; Stage II I (2001 2010) witnessed rapid expansion of planted area and wine production following WTO accession, driven by import competition and the establishment of geographical indication protection systems; Stage I V (2010 present) sh ifte d toward quality enhancement, with water saving irrigation, protected cultivation, varietal optimization, and digital management becoming dominant technical orientations.

In the context of global market transformations, increasing consumer expectations, and the need to diversify export destinations, branding and marketing strategies have become essential tools for consolidating the performance and visibility of Moldovan wines.

Целью работы является комплексное исследование процессов дистилляции и выдержки винных дистиллятов, а также экспериментальное и экономико-технологическое обоснование путей совершенствования технологии производства дивинов. Для достижения поставленной цели в работе проанализированы научные и нормативные источники, обобщён опыт производственной практики и проведены экспериментальные исследования. Объектом исследования являются винные дистилляты и дивины, полученные в различных технологических условиях. Предметом исследования являются технологические параметры дистилляции, материал перегонного оборудования, а также влияние дубовой древесины и процессов созревания на формирование физико-химических и органолептических характеристик дивинов.; The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive investigation of the distillation and aging processes of wine distillates and the experimental and techno-economic substantiation of approaches to improve divin production technology. To achieve this aim, scientific literature, regulatory documents, and practical production data were analyzed, and experimental studies were carried out. The object of the research is wine distillates and divins obtained under different technological conditions. The subject of the research includes distillation parameters, the material of the distillation equipment, and the influence of oak wood and maturation processes on the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of divins.

Acest studiu a inclus producerea unui lot de bază, producerea unui lot de referință folosind o metodă tradițională și analiza parametrilor fizico-chimici cheie.; This paper presents a study of the effect of carbonic maceration on the polyphenol content of Traminer wines. This study included the production of a base batch, the production of a reference batch using a traditional method and the analysis of key physicochemical parameters.
