Crearea de produse inovatoare necesită astăzi companii abordarea unei game largi de probleme și provocări de afaceri. A key challenge is to mobilize the resources of the extended undertaking and the efficient use of these assets for delivery of the products suitable at the right time in the right markets. The knowledge about products and processes are recognized as a key resource for achieving success in business. But even in today's digital age, most companies still fighting to use this knowledge as a good manageable from a business opportunity to another. The product data management (PDM) allows companies to manage all the knowledge about products and processes in a single secure, but affordable, which can be used by multiple applications and many teams in an organization. With a PDM system installed, product information assets can be coordinated and synchronized.

Lucrarea dată se referă studiul dezvoltarii conceptelor moderne de dezvoltare industriala cum este Industry 4.0. Au fost analizate abordarile, principiile de proiectare si multiplele tehnologii-piloni. Se constata ca digitizarea si informatizarea sunt cele doua procese majore ce permit contopirea realitatii „reale” cu realitate virtuala, inclusiv prin crearea asa numitei realitati augmentate. Digitizarea componentelor fizice, posibilitatea de comunicare a obiectelor fizice intre ele prin intermediul tehnologiei Internet permit o avansare a industriei prin: promovarea eficienței operaționale (utilizarea activelor, reducerea costurilor operationale, sporirea productivitatii angajatilor), promovarea a noi produse si servicii (plati pentru utilitate, servicii bazate pe software, evaluarea economica a datelor), trecerea la o economie de rezultate (plati pentru rezultat, noi ecosisteme interconectate, platforme activate de piata) si trecerea la o economie autonoma (monitorizarea permanenta a cererii, automatizare totala, optimizarea si reducerea resurselor).; This paper refers to the development of modern concepts of industrial development such as Industry 4.0. The approaches, the design principles and the multiple technologies-pillars were analyzed. It is noted that digitization and computerization are the two major processes that allow the merging of "real" reality with virtual reality, including the creation of the so-called augmented reality. The digitalisation of physical components and the ability to communicate of the physical objects to each other through Internet technology allow industry to advance by: promoting operational efficiency (asset utilization, reducing operational costs, increasing employee productivity), promoting new products and services (utility payments, software-based services, economic data evaluation), the transition to a result-based economy (outcome payments, new interconnected ecosystems, market-driven platforms) and the transition to an autonomous economy (permanent demand monitoring, total automation, optimization and resource reduction).

Lucrarea dată se referă studiul dezvoltarii sistemelor moderne de fabricatie in baza digitizarii si informatizarii proceselor de fabricare integrate pe interior si pe exterior cu utilizarea tehnologiilor de comunicare electronice , inclusiv a Internetului. Au fost analizate conceptele si instrumentele Fabricatiei Avansate (Advanced Manufacturing), e- Fabricatiei (e- Manufacturing), Fabricatiei digitale (Digital Manufacturing), Fabricatiei Digitale Directe (Direct Digital Manufacturing). Se constata ca conceptele fabricatiei moderne exploateaza o abordare a problematicii fabricarii cu mult mai larga si profunda in interior si cu mult mai extinsa in exterior decum a fost si este adoptat pentru fabricatia traditionala. Fabricarea reptezinta numai un element al unui sistem global de creare a produselor in baza de parteneriat, conlucrare si integrare informationala.; This thesis refers with the study of the development of modern manufacturing systems based on the digitization and computerization of manufacturing processes integrated on the inside and on the outside with the use of electronic communication technologies, including the Internet. The concepts and tools of Advanced Manufacturing, E-Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing, Direct Digital Manufacturing were analyzed. It is shown that the concepts of modern fabrication exploit an approach to manufacturing issues with a much wider and deeper interior and much more extensive outside than it was and is adopted for traditional fabrication. Manufacturing reprezent only one element of a global products creation system based on partnership, collaboration and information integration.

Lucrarea dată se referă la studiul dezvoltarii sistemelor si proceselor bazate pe Realitatea Virtuala si pe Realitatea Augmentata in cadrul conceptului Industry 4.0. Au fost analizate conceptele si instrumentele Realitatii Virtuale care se manifesta la 3 nivele: ingineria proceselor, organizarea proceselor si organizarea intreprinderilor. Au fost analizate instrumentele Realitatii Augmentate si domeniile de aplicare: dezvoltarea de produs, dezvoltarea proceselor, fabricatia, urmarira fabricatiei, tehnologiile CAM/CNC, programarea robotilor, asamblarea, mentenanta etc. Se constata ca tot mai ftecvent este utilizata sintagma “Asistat de Realitatea Augmentata” – ARAD, ARAE, ARAM etc. prin analogie cu sintagmele bine cunoscute CAD, CAE, CAM etc. ce reflecta “Asistat de Calculator”; This thesis addresses the study of the development of systems and processes based on Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality within the Industry 4.0 concept. The concepts and tools of Virtual Reality were analyzed, which are manifested at 3 levels: process engineering, process organization and enterprise organization. The tools of the Augmented Reality and the application areas were analyzed: product development, process development, manufacturing, manufacturing follow-up, CAM / CNC technologies, robots programming, assembling, maintenance, etc. It is found that the phrase "Assisted by Augmented Reality" - ARAD, ARAE, ARAM etc. is used more and more. by analogy with the well-known CAD, CAE, CAM etc. syntaxes. which reflects "Computer Aided"
