Drept urmare, îmbunătățirea performanței energetice a acestora oferă posibilități considerabile pentru reducerea consumului de energie, precum și redu-cerea costurilor la energie. Scopul lucrării: reducerea consumului de energie, crearea condițiilor optime aplicând tehnologii eficiente din punct de vedere energetic. Obiectivele generale: eficientizarea consumului de energie, renovarea instituției școlare, reducerea emisiior de gaze cu efect de seră, utilizarea eficientă a cheltuieli-lor operaționale. Noutatea și originalitatea științifică: conform rezultatelor s-a constatat un po-tențial real de creștere a eficienței energetice a școlii. În urma rezultatelor obținute al auditului energetic se confirmă obținerea economiilor de energie primară, finală, precum și economiilor de emisii CO .; The issue of the paper: Schools are part of the building sector, with high energy consumption. As a result, improving their energy performance offers considerable possibilities for reducing energy consumption as well as reducing energy costs. The purpose of the work: reducing energy consumption, creating optimal condi-tions by applying energy-efficient technologies. The general objectives: the efficiency of energy consumption, the renovation of the school institution, the reduction of greenhouse gases, the efficient use of operational expenses. Scientific novelty and originality: according to the results, a real potential for in-creasing the energy efficiency of the school was found. Following the results ob-tained from the energy audit, the achievement of primary and final energy savings, as well as CO emissions savings, is confirmed. Respectiv, reducerea consumului de energie în acest sector ar reducere consumul de energie, precum și reducerea emisiilor de CO2. Scopul lucrării: Lucrarea încearcă să aducă o contribuție prin prezentarea concentrată de informații referitoare la sectorul casnic. Accentul se pune pe stocul de clădiri existent, deoarece îmbunătățirea performanței sale energetice este esențială nu numai pentru atingerea obiectivelor RM pentru anul 2020, dar și pentru îndeplinirea obiectivelor pe termen lung ale climei și strategiilor energetice. Lucrarea prezintă de asemenea, o imagine de ansamblu asupra tendințelor, strategiilor și sistemelor utilizate la nivel mondial și european pentru reducerea consumurilor energetice, ținând cont de reglementările legislative în vigoare și de instrumentele și inițiativele de finanțare accesibile. Obiectivele generale: sunt de a studia posibilitățile de optimizare energetică a componentelor structurale ale clădirilor, care permit evaluarea de a lua decizii privind creșterea eficienței energetice a clădirilor. Obiectivul final este așa-numita clădire inteligentă. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării constă în studiul îmbunătățirilor performanței energetice a clădirilor, simultan cu reducerea emisiilor de carbon, care ar aduce beneficii majore, cum ar fi creșterea durabilității, costuri de întreținere mai reduse, un confort sporit, valori mai ridicate ale proprietății, creșterea suprafeței locuibile, productivitate sporită, precum și îmbunătățirea sănătății și siguranței ocupanților. Noutatea și originalitatea științifică: în urma analizei rezultatelor primite în urma elaborării lucrării s-a constatat o posibilitate de creștere a performanței energetice a clădirilor rezidențiuale, precum și economiilor de emisii CO2.; The issue of the paper: the household sector is part of the buildings sector, which are a major consumer of energy. Accordingly, reducing energy consumption in this sector would reduce energy consumption as well as reducing CO2 emissions. Purpose of the paper: The paper attempts to make a contribution by presenting concentrated information regarding the household sector. The focus is on the existing building stock, as improving its energy performance is essential not only to achieve the RM's 2020 targets, but also to meet the long-term goals of the climate and energy strategies. The paper also presents an overview of the trends, strategies and systems used worldwide and at European level to reduce energy consumption, taking into account the legislative regulations in force and the accessible financing instruments and initiatives. The general objectives: are to study the possibilities of energy optimization of the structural components of the buildings, which allow the evaluation to make decisions regarding the increase of the energy efficiency of the buildings. The ultimate goal is the so-called smart building. The applied value of the work lies in the study of improvements in the energy performance of buildings, simultaneously with the reduction of carbon emissions, which would bring major benefits such as increased durability, lower maintenance costs, increased comfort, higher property values, increased floor space livable, increased productivity, and improved occupant health and safety. Drept urmare, îmbunătățirea performanței energetice a acestora oferă posibilități considerabile pentru reducerea consumului de energie, precum și reducerea costurilor la energie. Scopul lucrării: reducerea consumului de energie și crearea condițiilor optime pentru prestarea serviciilor medicale de calitate, aplicând tehnologii eficiente din punct de vedere energetic. Obiectivele generale: eficientizarea consumului de energie, renovarea instituțiilor medico-sanitare, reducerea de gaze cu efect de seră, utilizarea eficientă a cheltuielilor operaționale. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării constă în analiza propunerilor de eficientizare a consumului de energie prin prisma Platformei MVP. Soluțiile prezentate în teză sunt cele mai principale și mai utilizabile din punct de vedere a riscurilor umane, scopul lor fiind asigurarea unui mediu favorabil de lucru și protecția vieților omenești. S-a realizat studiul de alegere corect a echipamentului, componentelor sistemului de ventilație antifum. Primul capitol are la baza sa studiul normelor în vigoare la proiectarea acestora. Capitolul doi și-a propus studiul detaliat al elementelor componente sistemului de ventilație antifum. Al treilea capitol are ca obiectiv studiul soluțiilor constructive și schemelor principale. S-au făcut concluzii pentru fiecare capitol în parte la aspectele negative, pozitive și securitate, concluzii finale și recomandări privind proiectarea sistemelor de ventilație antifum. În lucrarea au fost enumerate normele de reglamentare în vigoare referitor la proiectare. Sunt descrise toate elementele sistemului de ventilație antifum cu indicarea modului de aplicare și a tehnologiei de izolare a canalelor contra incendiu. S-a făcut o clasificare desfășurată a clapetelor de incendiu – parte a sistemului de ventilație antifum, și respectiv al ventilatoarelor. Soluțiile sunt descrise în conformitate cu normele în vigoare și cu referire la bibliografia de specialitate. Teza include: rezumat, introducere, 3 capitole, concluzii generale și recomandări, 22 surse bibliografice, 9 anexe, 80 de pagini text de bază, figuri, diagrame și tabele.; In this thesis was explained the notion of anti-smoke ventilation system, starting from the explanation and presentation of the basic terms, highlighting the approach of ventilation systems in residential, public buildings and underground car parking. The solutions presented in the thesis are the main and most usable from the point of view of human risks, their purpose being to ensure a favorable working environment and the protection of human lives. The study of the correct choice of equipment, components of the anti-smoke ventilation system was carried out. The first chapter is based on the study of the norms in force when designing them. Chapter Two proposed the detailed study of the components of the anti-smoke ventilation system. The third chapter is aimed at studying constructive solutions and main schemes. Conclusions were made for each chapter on the negative, positive and safety aspects, final conclusions and recommendations on the design of anti-smoke ventilation systems. The paper listed the rules of regulation in force regarding the design. All elements of the anti-smoke ventilation system are described with an indication of the method of application and the technology of insulation of fire-resistant channels. A developed classification of the fire flaps – part of the anti-smoke ventilation system, and of the fans, respectively, was made. The solutions are described in accordance with the rules in force and with reference to the specialized bibliography. The dissertation includes: summary, introduction, 3 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 22 bibliographic sources, 9 annexes, 80 pages of basic text, figures, diagrams and tables.
