Lucrarea dată se referă studiul proceselor dezvoltării sistemelor tehnice prin prisma TRIZ: legile de evoluţie a sistemelor tehnice, legea părților sistemului complet, legea “conductivităţii energiei” sistemului, legea armonizării ritmului părţilor sistemului, legea creşterii gradului de idealitate a unui sistem, legea dezvoltării inegale a părţilor sistemului, legea tranziţiei către suprasistem, legea tranziţiei de la nivelul macro la cel micro, legea creşterii gradului de vepol, legea de evoluţie a sistemului conform curbei S.; This paper refers to the study of technical systems development processes through the prism of TRIZ: the laws of evolution of technical systems, the law of parts of the complete system, the law of "energy conductivity" of the system, the law of harmonizing the rhythm of system parts, the law of increasing the ideality of a system. of the parts of the system, the law of the transition to the super system, the law of the transition from the macro to the micro level, the law of increasing the degree of vepol, the law of evolution of the system according to the S curve.

Lucrarea dată se referă la modernizarea sculelor așchietoare prin depunerea straturilor din vapori bazată pe fenomene fizice (PVD) și chimice (CVD). Au fost analizate: durificarea suprafeţelor prin acoperiri CVD şi PVD, depunerea straturilor pe scule, procedee de depunere a straturilor, metoda evaporarii termice, metoda pulverizarii termice (sputtering), principiul pulverizarii magnetron, metoda placarii ionice, depunerea vaporilor chimici (CVD), depunerea vaporilor fizici (PVD), acoperirea sculelor prin procesul PVD, etapele de acoperire a suprafeţelor cu nitrură de titan (PVD), comportamentul la așchiere a sculelor cu straturi depuse.; This paper refers to the modernization of cutting tools by deposition of vapor layers based on physical (PVD) and chemical (CVD) phenomena. The following were analyzed: hardening of surfaces by CVD and PVD coatings, deposition of layers on tools, deposition processes, thermal evaporation method, thermal sputtering method, principle of magnetron spraying, ion plating method, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), deposition physical vapor (PVD), tool coating by the PVD process, titanium nitride (PVD) surface coating steps, coating behavior of coated tools
