Abstract:
Study on species diversity of nematodes from the rizosfera and roots of Brassica napus L. was carried out in R.Moldova for the first time. Forty two species of nematodes from different trophic groups are revealed. The prevalence of plant parasitic nematodes was observed in all investigated fields of raps, with species from genera Pratylenchus, Rotylenchus and Ditylenchus which can be dangerous for plants in the first phases of growth and development.
