dc.description.abstract The paper approach the transient starting process of single-phase motors without external phase-shifting elements. The analysis focuses on the dynamic behaviors and characteristics of single-phase asynchronous motors during the starting phase, without the use of auxiliary external elements such as capacitors or auxiliary windings for phase shifting. The study identifies the main parameters that influence starting performance, including rotor inertia and magnetic asymmetries. With the help of the MATLAB SIMULINK software and using the mathematical model, the structural scheme of the SIMULINK model for the single-phase asynchronous motor was developed. As a result of the simulations carried out, the dynamic process during the starting of the single-phase asynchronous motor was obtained. The results highlight the advantages and limitations of single-phase motors without external phase-shifting elements, offering insights into their practical use and performance optimization. en_US
