Conținutul de nitrați și pigmenți asimilatori la unele soiuri de mărar

Abstract

Pentru a exprima calitatea plantelor de mărar din punct de vedere alimentar s-a ţinut cont de a lua în considerare conţinutul în unii dintre principalii indicatori ai calităţii: conţinutul de nitraţi, conţinutul de pigmenţi asimilatori. Ca obiect de studiu au servit plantele de mărar soiurile Gribovskii (V1), Tetra (V2), Superducat (V3), Saliut (V4). Conţinutul de pigmenţi asimilatori s-a efectuat prin analiza spectrofotometrică. Conţinutul de nitraţi în plante s-a determinat utilizând fotocolorimetrul de laborator HI 83200.

The content of nitrates, chlorophylls „a” and “b”, carotenoids determined in leaves of dill: cultivars Gribovskii, Tetra, Superducat, Saliut. The content of pigments was determined by spectrophotometric method in solution of alcool extracts. Content of nitrates was determined by the photocolorimetric method and has been used Multiparameter Bench Photometers HI 83200. The aim of research is to effectuate a comparative study of different cultivars of dill for highlighting contents of nitrates in plants and assimilating pigments.
