dc.description.abstract | The methodological scientific investigations were carried out at the level of vegetable agro-ecosystems in the field protected by performing a dynamic phytosanitary monitoring in order to increase and develop the pepper culture during year cultivation periods. Record-keeping surveys were conducted with the evaluation of phytopathogenic papillary diseases with frequency (F,%) and intensity (I,%) of the attack level reported at the disease scale of 5 balls, compared with the collection of affected material, subsequently researched microscopically in the laboratory. At the same time, biotechnological methodological investigations were carried out in order to obtain the exometabolitics from the cultivation of strains of the genus Streptomyces on medium and agarized mineral and complex media, with their subsequent testing to highlight the antifungal biologic properties of soil pathogens in pepper culture. In laboratory conditions was established biological antifungal activity of 2 strains Streptomyces sp. 33 and Streptomyces. sp. 47 on soil infections from root pepper Alternaria solani and Fusarium oxysporum, values were 50-60 % without using other chemical fungicidal products, which allows us to recommend the use of new biotechnological products. | en_US |
