dc.description.abstract	The main objectives of the research were to study the particularities of growth and productivity of carrot hybrids. Materials of the study were the following carrot hybrids: Abaco F1, Bolivar F1, Cupar F1 - sortotype Shantene; Bangor F1 - sortotype Nantes. The carrot hybrids Bangor F1 and Abaco F1 produced the highest total yield 65,8 and 61,0 t/ha. The smallest percentage of non-standard carrot roots had the hybrid Bolivar F1 - sortotype Shantene.	en_US
