Abstract

In the same vineyards are evident existence vines with diff erent levels of development. The development level of vines is infl uenced by many factors – the varieties, the environmental conditions, applied technology, the number of buds per vine, and the number of shoots per vines. The number of buds/shoots per vine determines the vigour of shoots. The vigour of shoots determines the quantity and quality of grapes.
