Propuneri de reglementare urbanistică a zonelor cu locuințe colective

Abstract

Local Urbanism Regulation of Chisinau has more nonconformities, which causes many urban, technical and social problems. To exclude them is proposed a new description of urban regulatory codes for collective housing areas, so be clearly defined functional destination territory, the height regime, uses permitted, allowed with conditions or forbidden, conditions of location, equipment and compliance of buildings, maximum opportunities of land use. The proposed approach aims to preserve the urban identity of Chisinau and local traditions in the field of urban planning, architecture and construction.
