Aportul ingineriei moldave în dezvoltarea tehnologiilor spaţiale

Abstract

În premieră autorul prezintă un tablou al performanțelor ingineriei moldave, exemplificat prin realizări de vârf, obținute grație intensității cooperării cercetătorilor științifici autohtoni cu structurile instituționale abilitate cu cercetarea–inovarea și direct dependente de eficiența mecanismelor și instrumentelor de finanțare a cercetării. Autorul face referințe la complexitatea, înalta calitate și importanța științifico-practică a realizărilor inginerești obținute în cadrul doar a câtorva (din cele peste 107) instituții abilitate cu cercetarea– inovarea, transpuse ulterior într-un vast nomenclator de produse industriale scientointensive, fabricate la unitățile de producere ale complexului industrial autohton.

For the first time, the author presents a picture of the Moldovan engineering performance exemplified only by a few top achievements, obtained due to the intensity and prestige of cooperation between the scientific researchers and institutional structures empowered with researchinnovation and directly dependent on the efficiency of mechanisms and instruments of research funding. The author makes reference to the complexity, high quality and importance of scientific-practical engineering accomplishments achieved in just one of 107 institutions authorized with research and innovation, which were later implemented into a vast listing of scientointensive industrial products, manufactured at the production facilities of the domestic industrial complex.

Pour la première fois, l`auteur présente une image des performances de l`ingénierie moldave, illustrées par des réalisations exceptionnelles, obtenues grâce à la coopération des chercheurs scientifiques moldaves avec les structures institutionnelles, habilités à la recherche-innovation et directement dépendants de l`fficacité des mécanismes et outils de financement de la recherche. L`auteur fait référence à la complexité, à la haute qualité et à l`importance scientifique et pratique des réalisations techniques obtenues dans quelques institutions de recherche-innovation (sur plus de 107), transposées ensuite en une vaste plage de produits scientifiques, fabriqués dans les unités industrielles.

Впервые автор представляет картину достижений молдавской инженерии, примером которой являются высокие результаты полученные благодаря интенсивности сотрудничества местных научных исследователей с институциональными структурами, наделенными научными инновациями и напрямую зависящими от эффективности механизмов и инструментов финансирования исследований. Автор ссылается на сложность, высокое качество и научно-практическое значение технических достижений, полученных только в нескольких (из более чем 107) научно-инновационных институтов, впоследствии перенесенных в обширную номенклатуру промышленности продукции, производимой на устройствах отечественного промышленного комплекса.
