dc.description.abstract | The shortage of digestive protein – is an urgent problem not only in animal agriculture, but also in formula feed and grain-processing industry, which due to the protein shortage can’t produce feeding-stuff that is well-balanced by the amino acid content. In the article an actuality of flax seeds, soy and milk serum usage by the production of the protein supplement for different age groups of animals is observed.
