dc.description.abstract În lucrarea dată sînt prezentate rezultatele obţinute la producerea vinurilor roze din soiurile de struguri Cabernet –Sauvignon, Merlot şi Pinot - Noir prin macerarea de scurtă durată, şi fermentare parţială pe boştină. Se recomandă pentru obţinerea vinurilor roze soiul de struguri Pinot - Noir prelucrat după schema tehnologică ce include macerarea de scurtă durată timp de 6-12h. en_US
dc.description.abstract In this work-paper are presented the results obtained at the pink wines production from the grapes Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot – Noir sorts through the short duration maceration and partial fermentation on husks of pressed grapes. The Pinot – Noir grapes sort is recommended to obtain the pink wines, that is processed by the technological scheme that includes the short duration maceration during 6-12 h. en

On est recommandé pour l'obtention des vins rosés le cépage Pinot-Noir traité d'après la diagramme de fabrication qui inclut la macération d'une courte durée pendant 6-12 h. fr
dc.description.abstract В данной работе представлены результаты полученные при производстве розовых вин из сортов винограда Каберне - Совиньон, Мерло, Пино путём кратковременного настаивания на мезге а также частичного брожение мезги. Для производства розовых вин рекомендован сорт Пино переработанный по технологической схеме с кратковременным настаиванием на мезге. ru
