Results regarding numerical modelling and simulation of a fermentation process

Abstract

This work presents the mathematical model of a opened and homogenous fermentation biochemical process with aerobes cultures fixed in one fermentation device that presents oxygen excess and the computer simulation results in case that the process is in continuous and discontinuous flow.

Lucrarea prezintă modelul matematic al unui proces biochimic de fermentaţie deschis şi omogen, cu culturi aerobe fixate într-un fermentator ce prezintă exces de oxigen şi rezultatele simulării pe calculator în cazul când procesul este în flux continuu şi discontinuu.

On présente le modèle mathématique d’un processus biochimique de fermentation, ouvert et homogène, avec des cultures aérobies fixées dans une installation de fermentation ayant un excès d’oxygène de même que les résultats de la simulation électronique quand le processus se développe en flux continu et discontinu.

В работе представлена математическая модель открытого однородного биохимического процесса ферментации, с аэробной культурой фиксированной в ферментаторе, представляющем избыток кислорода и результаты компьютерного моделирования в случае когда процесс является непрерывным или прерывистым.
