Some results regarding numerical modelling and simulation of a fermentation process

Abstract

The paper shows some results obtained by numeric simulation regarding the control of biosynthesis processes using information about the physiologic state of microorganisms. The biosynthesis process is described using simple, classic, physiological based models. Information regarding the physiologic state of microorganisms is given by the mean age. By presenting an original strategy and control structure, this paper points out a solution to the optimal biosynthesis process control, using the age distribution.

În lucrare se prezintă câteva rezultate obţinute prin simularea numerică privind conducerea proceselor de biosinteză utilizând informaţii despre starea fiziologică a microorganismelor. Procesul de biosinteză este descris prin modele clasice, simple, fundamentate fiziologic. Informaţiile privind starea fiziologică a microorganismelor sunt furnizate prin intermediul vârstei medii.

Le travail présente quelques résultats obtenu par la simulation numérique la regarde de conduire des processus de biosynthèses utilisent des informations au état physiologique des organismes. Le procès de biosynthèses est décries par les models classiques, simples, basse models physiologique. Les information au état des microorganismes sont fournisse par la médiale age. Ont présente aussi la stratégie de conduire originale, mit en évidence un solution de conduire optimale d`un procès de biosynthèses.

В работе приведены некоторые результаты, полученные численным симулированием управления процессами биосинтеза, используя информации о состоянии микроорганизмов. Процесс биосинтеза описан простыми классическими методами, физиологически аргументированными. В работе выявлено решение оптимального управления процесса биосинтеза, используя возрастное распределение.
