dc.description.abstract | The objections of the thesis are: studying the process of hardening and smoothing of the surfaces of machine parts, known and applied in industrial processes, developing a method for making a numerical simulation of the technological processes of treatment by plastic deformation, determination of the material’s properties, validation of the applied properties of the material for modeling the technological process of cold plastic deformation and smoothening with hardening. Experimenting the processes of hardening and smoothening by compressing with a hard tool. Experimental validation of the numerical simulating method proposed and applied in thesis. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Задачами настоящей работы являются: исследование процессов упрочнения и выглаживания поверхностей деталей машин, известные и применяемые в промышленных процессах, разработка методики для проведения программного моделирования технологических процессов обработки пластическим деформированием, определение свойств материала, валидация использованных свойств материала для моделирования технологического процесса холодного пластического деформирования и выглаживания с упрочнением. Экспериментирование процессов упрочнения и выглаживания посредством сжатия твёрдым инструментом. Экспериментальная валидация методики моделирования предложенной и применённой в работе. | ru |
