dc.description.abstract The stresses built up in ingot and semi-finished products during their thermal working. Are part of the basic factors that limit the heating or cooling rate as well as the destructing phenomenon of the metal compactness. During the heating (cooling) process, could appear temporary thermo – elastic stresses, stresses of the elasto – plastic state of the metal structure stresses as well as the remanent temperature and structure stresses. In the present paperwork refers especially to the internal thermal stresses and to the principal relations of their determination for the cylindrical equivalent steal ingots. en_US
dc.description.abstract Tensiunile, care se formează în lingouri sau semifabricate în timpul prelucrării lor termice, fac parte dintre factorii de bază care limitează viteza de încălzire sau de răcire, precum şi fenomenul de distrugere a compacităţii metalului. În procesul încălzirii (răcirii) pot apare: tensiuni termoelastice temporare, tensiuni ale stării elastoplastice, tensiuni de structură, precum şi tensiuni remanente de temperatură şi de structură. În prezenta lucrare se va face referire în special la tensiunile interne termice şi la principalele relaţii de determinare a lor. ro
dc.description.abstract Les tensions qui se forment en lingots ou sémifabricats au moment de leur façonnage thermique, font partie des facteurs de base qui limitent la vitesse du chauffage ou de refroidissement, ainsi que le phénomène de destruction de la compacité du métal. Au procès du chauffage et de refroidissement peuvent apparaître des tensions thermo élastiques temporelles et de structure. Dans l’ouvrage présent, on va faire la référence particulièrement aux tensions internes thermiques de celles–ci pour des lingots d’acier équivalent cylindriques. fr
dc.description.abstract Напряжения, которые появляются в отливках и заготовках при термообработке, являются одним из основных факторов, которые лимитируют скорость нагрева или охлаждения. В процессе нагрева (охлаждения) могут образоваться: временные термоэлластичные напряжения, напряжения термопластического состояния металла, структурные напряжения, а также остаточные температурные и структурные напряжения.
