dc.description.abstract For the massive steel products, at the same time with the coming out of a thermal gradient on the heating section very important also appears the variation of the thermo – physical characteristics (thermal conductivity λ, specific heat c and thermal diffusivity a). This variation affects the increase of heating time, sometimes going till its doubling, if the value used in designing PC assisted heating technologies are collected out of correctly undetermined sources. In the present paperwork, the variation of the thermal field is determined as well as that of the heating time for a steel brand, in the case of the specific heat and thermal conductivity variation according to various bibliographical sources [1] and [3]. en_US
dc.description.abstract Pentru produsele masive din oţel, odată cu apariţia unui gradient termic pe secţiune la încălzire, apare foarte importantă şi variaţia caracteristicilor termofizice (conductivitatea termică, căldura specifică şi difuzivitatea termică). Această variaţie se răsfrânge asupra creşterii duratei de încălzire, dacă valorile utilizate în proiectarea tehnologiilor de încălzire pe PC sunt luate din surse nedeterminate corect. În lucrarea prezentă se determină variaţia câmpului termic, precum şi a duratei de încălzire pentru o marcă de oţel, în cazul variaţiei căldurii specifice şi a conductivităţii termice. ro
dc.description.abstract Pour les produits massifs d’acier, en même temps avec l’apparition d’un gradient thermique sur la section au chauffage, surgit aussi une variation très importante des caractéristiques thermo physiques (conductivité thermique, chaleur spécifique, diffusivité thermique). Cette variation se reflète sur l’augmentation de la durée du chauffage si les valeurs utilisées dans les projets technologiques du chauffage sur PC sont prises des sources déterminées incorrectement. Dans cet ouvrage on détermine la variation du champ thermique, ainsi que de la durée du chauffage pour une marque d’acier au cas de la variation de la chaleur spécifique et de la conductibilité thermique. fr
dc.description.abstract Для стальных массивных продуктов, одновременно с появлением градиента температур в сечении при нагреве, становится очень важным изменение термофизи-ческих характеристик (теплопроводность, удельное тепло и термодиффузитивность). Это изменение влияет на продолжительность нагрева, если значения, используемые при компьютерном проектировании технологий нагрева, определены неправильно. В работе определяется изменение теплового поля, а также продолжительность нагрева для конкретной марки стали, в случае варьирования удельного тепла и теплопроводности. ru
