dc.description.abstract | Shiba – Rusinov model is examined for systems with magnetic impurities inside energy gap. The magnetic impurity is described by energy level and in case of strong scattering of electrons on an impurity it transforms into an energy band. Energy gap is described by U-2 g function responsible for superconducting state for which we obtained an equation of the fifth degree. Finally, the magnetic impurities superconductivity is described by a parameter of destruction of Cooper pairs. | en_US |
