Abstract

The problem of creating structures specific to the world economy, governed by valid and acceptable principles for all the heterogeneous economies that make up and accepted as authorities by them, has become a very serious concern, especially in the 20th century, when the world economy became a constant of all the national states of the world. International economic cooperation emerged in the second half of the 20th century as an objective condition in the process of reviving and modernizing the world economy.
