dc.description.abstract This article provides the investigation results concerning the Roentgen luminescence of ternary compounds ZnxIn2S3+x (x= 1,2,3) at 300 and 100K . It highlights the peculiarities of luminescent radiation stimulation by X rays and accelerated electrons, as well as the influence of the re-absorption phenomenon on the emission spectrum in the spectral region where the absorption coefficient gets considerable values as of 102cm-1. By comparing the spectra of RL and CL, insights are given into the character of transitions responsible for the Roentgen luminescence strips. en_US
